I thank God I found God when I did cause yesterday was a test coming into this chipotle. I’ve attached photos of BIG back and Mr. Sassy the two out of 4 staff members that were completely RUDE to me over some salad dressing. I came in when I got to the register to pay for my food I asked for salad dressing. The male in the picture told me that he gave the last one to the girl in front of me so I asked him were they going to make more because I was willing to wait. He looked me in my eyes and told me does it look like we have the staff to make that. First of all I worked at chipotle when I was fresh out of high school and I know that the salad dressing is a bunch of liquids put into a blender and your pressblen brand and it’s done so you’re telling me that the staff crew could not make me some salad dressing that would’ve taken five minutes he gave me attitude I told him I would wait he no longer acknowledged me. I went onto the next girl at the register Bigg back and she gave me attitude as well saying they don’t have staff so because you guys don’t have staff I don’t get salad dressing. Is that the customers problem or staffing problem within Chipotle? I continue to wait. The correct answer would have been to ask me if I didn’t mind waiting while they got the line down on top of the line is always long in here because they’re slow. I stood in line for 20 minutes before I even got my food they were arguing with the DoorDash man. Everybody has nasty attitudes. I had words with Bigg back we went back forth And she was very foul and nasty out the mouth, mind you she had a funky dirty bonnet on her head. I saw another staff member make the salad dressing when she was finish mind you everyone in the store knows I’m waiting for the salad dressing when she finished, she put the salad dressing on the counter and did not give me any, so then I asked her could you please give me two of those addresses and she looked me in my eyes and told me she was off the clock as she continued to work just rude so at this point this is the third staff member that has gotten smart for no reason at all. I believe that Mr. sassy was the manager or supervisor, but he allowed his staff to go back-and-forth with me calling me out my name it was just so crazy because I’ve never been in a situation where I’m not able to ask for the supervisor or manager because he’s right along rude with the staff, I also watch them be rude to the DoorDash guy who was picking up orders who had to wait 30 minutes and another customer. I watched the girl at the register, make up cups of dressing and give them to people in the line, knowing that I was waiting for the dressing so I went and got the dressing myself and I walked out. The staff threatened me. They tried to fight me. One of the staff members touched me so now a 4th staff member that’s rude and I will be pressing charges , because you do not put your hand on anyone they don’t know me I could be completely crazy and come back there and do something to them although I’m not because God don’t like ugly and they all are very ugly in there. It’s not my fault you work at chipotle making...
Read moreWent to purchase food at 3:37pm. The people behind the glass are rude. They were out of fajita, I tried to inquire, whether they were out completely or if they were in the process of making more. The young man behind the glass had a flippant attitude as though I was bothering him by asking questions. He responded that they will start making more when the grill guy got back. The grill guy was on the side of the building smoking a blunt for about 15 minutes before I went into the restaurant. Upon realizing that fajitas were nowhere coming. I returned to my car, To wait and watch said grill worker outside on his phone for an additional 12 minutes. The tables were utterly filthy. The knives spoons forks and napkins weren't even stocked. It was a waste of time. I was initially skeptical about visiting this location because it only had two stars and that's unusual for Chipotle, however because it is local in my neighborhood I went. I reenter the restaurant after waiting 20 more minutes after the grill guy went back in.I asked again were they in the process of making fajitas. The young lady at the glass told me they didn't have any more fajitas. I explained to her that the gentleman who I spoke with almost 30 minutes prior said that they did have fajitas and they were being prepped. Low and behold no fajitas on the grill. Why, because the restaurant ran out of chicken. It appears that everything needed to be restocked. Fajitas are now on, I have to wait an additional 10 minutes. All in all this experience was unnecessarily stressful. I made my purchase however, I will not be returning to said location again. Don't...
Read moreWorst Chipotle experience I’ve ever had. Mind you, I travel and get to my fair share of food establishments. This is literally a case of children who don’t clean up or cook at home cleaning and (I guess) cooking your food. They don’t care and it shows.
None of my burritos or salad bowls were hot or bagged in time. They were cold, soggy, bland, and absent of any sort of quality you’d expect from folks that have to make the food in front of you. (*They avoid this at all cost as explained later.) They handed me my bag falling apart and gave me an attitude from the time I stepped up to order. They said “online only” so I asked for a kiosk. They said “use ya phone!” So I asked, What if I don’t have my phone? How is a regular patron supposed to order food? This question was met with a bunch of shoulder shrugs, huffs and puffs and eye rolls.
Chipotle is a chain, this one is new. Surely they should have standards? That’s the thing though… they almost never want to make the food to standard in front of the customer. You know… the way all chipotles and subway’s work? Right in front of you so you can trust the process? Nah… not here. They dip to the back and shuffle around so much with your food it’s bound to get messed up.
Whoever owns this place needs to rethink their hiring practices and reset the staff. Teens and toddlers cooking food may save on employee costs but it’s hurting your bottom line. Folks are talking about this place and it ain’t good. What they sayin: The Chipotle up Northwood is NASTY!
