Jinji Chocolate — Local services in Baltimore

Great place! We were visiting from DV and decided to stop in while we were in the neighborhood. Excellent service- they are clearly passionate about sharing the joys of chocolate. We had the signature chocolate drink and the seasonal golden milk- both of which were 10/10- made to order and simply delicious. We also had the gianduja, salty caramel, peanut butter Turkish fig, and sweet potato marshmallow truffle all of which were just like melt in your mouth! Jinji is such a clever woman. I met her briefly at a pen show, and I'm absolutely feening for her chocolate, which is a void that opened in my life far too soon.

Its more than just quality chocolate (which I am actually very hard to impress with).

Its her artistry. She makes such beautiful things. I was once told that when you eat something thatbwas cooked with care, you asorb some of the creator's karma. I fully feel that here. I adore what she makes. The care she has in picking ingredients shows too.

I cannot wait until she reopens! Until then, I'll just have to hold onto...

Jinji chocolate is nothing short of amazing! About half of what's available is there year round, but the other flavors rotate out depending on what's available. Organic and good ingredients aren't cheap, but the flavors and unique blends are truly an experience. I'm a big fan of the dates with cacao nibs and the salted caramel, but the truffles are fantastic as well. I've been stopping by for about 2 years and I'm glad always get to experience something new...
