DTLR — Local services in Baltimore

If I could rate that LOCATION a zero I would. I called the church square location to see if they had timberland boots size 9.5, I asked the manager if it was more then 1 because a lot of the timberland boots have defects but she told me it was only 1. I went in the store with my bf and asked the manager for the boots. My bf opened the box to look at the shoes and the manager says the stains on the shoe comes from the plastic in the box. Then my bf noticed that someone already worn the boots and the manager says if u don’t want the shoe you can go somewhere else with an attitude. I asked the other associate if there is another pair, he politely went to the back to get another pair. I realized the manager lied to me about not having any pairs left. The second pair was decent and we went to the front to pay, the manager took forever to ring us up, she act like was doing something behind the counter. She didn’t even asked us if we needed assistance with anything else or thanked us for shopping there. I was pleased with the sales associate...

9/10 they always have what I need or what I'm looking for.Staff always treats me with the utmost respect 👌...they also go above and beyond if that particular DTLR store doesn't have what I need!! And I love that most of the staff are knowledgeable about their merch or a particular sneaker. And for a sneakerhead like myself that goes a long ways with me👌. Oh yeah can't forget the awesome deals and sales that keep me coming back!!!🤩...

What I got to say about DTLR, I go there sometimes myself for my kids most of the time they don't have what I'm looking for, but they got a good variety of tennis shoes no lie, and they do get back to the community as well, so they got that really going for the self,,i go there to get some more suff for my kid's, even though some of the prices is very high winter clothes and hats and some...
