Mini Lux — Local services in Baltimore

Went in for a mani and pedi and was told to have a seat at the bowl in the back. The bowl was FILTHY! I assumed they would be cleaning it before I was asked to put my feet in it so I sat sideways in the chair and waited.

Just looking around the store there was trash on the floor near the station, dirty towels behind the pedicure chairs and the chairs themselves looked like they had not been wiped let alone disinfected in quite some time. Not to mention it was 10:30 in the morning! There could not have been that many people there yet so that means no one cleaned up last night before they left. No freakin way! I stood...

I just broke down and got a pedicure after several months of protest...this is the best pedicure I have ever had!!😁...This girl with a short haircut and a sporty style treated me like a queen lol. I got a regular pedicure, because I do maintain my feet at home. The massage chairs had those hard rollers just like I like it. She let me sit in the massage chair until my toes dried.😅She did a whole other pedicure ..that's how long I sat there..AND she didn't ask me for a payment like they usually do as soon as your done. I'm in Waverly shopping center btw. Right around the way....and she got that...

TERRIBLE SERVICE, I have NEVER HAD MORE THAN ONE NAIL BREAK IN LESS THAN A WEEK, but I go here and have already broke 3 . When we went to get the first one fixed after it broke a day after, THE MANAGER, kept saying he was going to charge me 3$ Even though it was clear as day he made my nails WAY TO THIN . I broke them doing everyday things , I HAVE NEVER BEEN THIS DISAPPOINTED With NAIL SERVICE EVER AND IVE BEEN GETTING My NAILS DONE FOR A LONG TIME NOW. And worst thing is he charged me 40$ for a terrible SERVICE NEVER GO...
