I recently visited the Ryan Homes community at Reservoir Square, and I couldn't be happier with the entire process. My sales representative, Nathan Silva, was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. He guided me through each step, answered all of my questions, and made the entire experience seamless.

I also met the construction manager Tony - a super friendly gentleman who appeared to be ultra focused on building a high quality home.

The community itself is beautiful, and the upcoming retail space and office building are exciting additions. I believe that this area has a lot of potential for appreciation, making it a great investment.

One of the things I appreciated most is how simple the buying process is. They make it easy to get pre-approved for a mortgage and to choose a home that fits my needs and budget.

I know a lot of people may not have had a good experience when purchasing their home, but as a first-time homeowner , I’ve had a really good experience. Working with Robert Griebe (sales) and Bailey Wallick (loan officer) they’ve helped me to really understand the process. Whenever I had a question or concern they’ve addressed it in a timely manner and have been very patient with me. Most of all, and certainly not least, the project manager, Anthony Scilipoti, is making my dream home a reality. I constantly get status updates and feel very blessed to work with him.
