I am beyond impressed and so thrilled with this doggy daycare. Lila, my sweet and sensitive 3 year old rescue, has had the best experience here, and she is so excited to go every single time. The workers truly care, and they get to know your dog and you -- the first few times I came in, I was shocked to see how they recognized myself and Lila and took the time to explain how she was doing. Matt, Jackie, and the rest of the staff are incredibly experienced and know the dogs inside and out, and they are able to assess each dog in the initial evaluation and create an enjoyable environment for them, based on the dog groups and different rooms (indoor and outdoor) that they take them through. The staff are all so talented and in touch with each of the dogs in the daycare, which makes me feel reassured with their attention to detail and kindness in caring for each individual dog. Additionally, beyond what you see in person when you visit, the doggy cam is so helpful with alleviating worries and feeling connected to your dog. I see the staff working so hard to keep the dogs engaged, cleaning up accidents immediately and sanitizing, and helping to calm them down during naptime, which is enforced everyday during the middle of the day. It's so sweet how they pay attention and look after the dogs -- for example, on a colder day, they put a lil jacket on Lila to help keep her warm because of her short hair, along with the other dogs with shorter hair. I thought that was so adorable and considerate! They streamline any possible stress and logistics of doggy daycare, since you can drop off in the morning for full day or later on after 2pm for a half day, along with food that you would want them to give your dog. There's no need to call ahead of time or worry about cancellations for daycare like other places. They have a waiting list but its to ensure that they have the capacity to actually get to know your dog and provide you with a peace of mind when dropping off whenever you need to. It's the best run doggy daycare for sure, not just in Baltimore, but throughout the Northeast in the other areas I have lived in previously and tried out. I am so happy I found this daycare, since I now know that Lila has a safe and fun place to go on my busier days with people who care about her, and I could not recommend more!

EDIT: Still completely obsessed with this place. It was months since I was able to bring Lila back, and when I did, they immediately knew it was her when we came in and welcomed her in by her name. I was shocked that they remembered her since it had been awhile - I have no idea how they do it, but they truly make both me and her so happy every time she goes! Decided to look into another doggie daycare bc I couldn’t afford the one I had been previously taking my dog to anymore and other issues. My coworker takes her dogs here and she loves it! First I had to schedule a meet and greet with my dog and let me tell you, I was blown away by the tour, which I never got from my old daycare. They determined my dog would do fine there and he was just so happy. Barbara the general manager was not lying and these people keep a tight ship-they make sure they care for every dog and will make special arrangements for different situations. They have responsible staff who are professional, mature and that have been there for a while and are attentive to your concerns and individualized needs for your dog, not a revolving door of kids working. The place looks small on the outside but it’s huge on the inside. There were so many places for my dog to roam and the place is very very clean. Love their method of taking care of the dogs which you can find out yourself by going for a meet and greet. Pricing is very fair, great quality for your money and I really appreciate being able to get the general manager...

this is the BEST doggy daycare we have ever been to, and that includes places in Miami, New York, Boston and Toronto! Where do I even start :) Fantastic owner Jo Anne who loves all her dogs and people equally; the Managers who quickly know the dogs by name and trait, the place which is 14000 sq. ft, super clean and brightly coloured, to the rates that are the best in Baltimore. Furries have playtime, naptime, treat time and playtime, and you can watch them all through 10+ webcams from their website / App, how cool is that! And they have so many playthings and pools and agility equipment, the pups are active all day! Its a true doggy kindergarten because pups dont really grow up ever! So glad I found you guys and MANY THANKS to Jo Ann for adding Bingo to her pack - they have a waitlist until December and we were lucky that one spot on a saturday afternoon opened up for "admission interview". Love this place, love the people....
