I recently had the unfortunate experience of visiting a local Subway on a Saturday with my son, and let me tell you, it was like trying to get a sandwich from a train that had derailed.
My son, excited for a quick bite, walked in ready to order, only to be met with an unexpected roadblock. The staff, seemingly stuck in a time warp, refused to serve him, claiming it was during “school hours.” Despite his polite reminder that it was, in fact, Saturday and there was no school in session, they doubled down and stated they simply did not want to serve him.
What kind of message does that send? It felt less like a sandwich shop and more like a gatekeeper's fortress! We understand that rules are rules, but when they contradict reality, it raises a lot of questions. Is it company policy to turn away customers based on arbitrary criteria?
After this experience, we’ll be taking our appetite for fresh sandwiches elsewhere. It’s disheartening to see a brand we once enjoyed become a station of disappointment.

I know they have to be miserable working with this man. They are afraid to speak when he is around. I hope these employees that are working at this site are able to move around and find better places and business to work for because the energy you feel as soon as you walk in the door is not good at all.
