We Had Excellent Customer Service (when we were buying). Dunnett Appliance offered us competitive pricing. I purchased a free standing A/C, Refrigerator, Stove and a Range Hood.
Unfortunately I had the misfortune of speaking with Amber this morning (October 27, 2021) which made me want to return ALL my appliances I bought and paid in full back in July 2021.
We bought the LG line and we are having problems with the control units, the heating system (Doesn't not heat correctly.) I told her what was wrong and she insisted that it seemed to be too many issues happening all at once. (Obvious, right?) She also was adamant that if our circuit breakers went off that could affect the stove. I had to tell her 5 times we DID NOT have a circuit breaker failure.
We did take pictures of the inside of the oven which showed them Model, Serial and other numbers pertinent to our situation. As requested by Dunnett, we gave them the information they were asking for.
I spoke with Amber and she was rude, pushy, and told me that they ordered the control part awhile ago but since we live about an hour and 15 minutes away, she stated Dunnett Appliance will NOT send anyone to our home to fix the unit as they have no help.
So as we waited for nothing for the past 4 weeks for this "control" part to come in, it seems apparent they don't care about the customer after you have made the purchase. We have been waiting for them to call us to let us know if the part had come in or not. Luckily I called myself this morning to find out what the hell was going on with our ordered part. Nothing....that is what's going on.
At this point I told her i wanted to return the stove and she said I couldn't and that there only way I would see this problem corrected was to go thru LG Corporate. Sorry to the owner...but I will never be back. Atrocious! 5...

The salesman told us it should be ready by Wednesday (July 7) afternoon or Thursday at the latest. No problem. My husband left work early Thursday to go pick up the stove at the warehouse. He called on his way in, and they told him it was not ready yet. We would get a call when it was. He called again on Saturday (July 10) to see if it was ready. It was not and was told the guy was on lunch break but he would get it converted and they would call when it was ready. I called today (July 12) and was told it was ready. The woman who answered didnāt know why we were not contacted or why it took longer than we were told it would. My husband went to pick it up and there was no slip for us and it was still not converted. The warehouse worker told my husband he could convert it while he waited, it took less than a half hour and once he got the slip faxed over to him to release it to us he was on his way home. We had to reschedule our propane company service call two times because they will need to come out and hook it up. There was no communication from Dunnett and no answers as to why we had to wait or why it was never converted. I work in the customer service business and if someone called us and was upset or complained, we take care of it with a call and rectify the situation. I donāt feel like this company really cares about its customers. We could have been repeat customers because our appliances are getting old and will need to be replaced soon. But after this experience and run around I would not go back or refer anyone I know to use them. If there was some communication from the company to us, we would have totally understood . Ā Ā Ā Read moreTerrible service. I bought a washer and dryer from them. When they installed them, they left the washer crooked and sticking out from the wall because the drain hose was too short. They didn't call to say that there was a problem, they just left it like that. When I called that afternoon after returning from work, the person on the phone initially was like, "sometimes the hoses are short". After I said that nobody would be satisfied with a washer left out of place (especially considering that the washer it was replacing had no issue being there), they agreed to get someone out there to fix it. That was the last I heard from them. I was all set to buy a refrigerator and stove from them but not after this service. I cannot recommend them.
Follow up: I believe that the measure of a company is best noted when a mistake is made. How they handle it says a lot about them. That being said, I got a call from a woman named Amber who was incredibly understanding, concerned, and professional. By the end of our conversation, she had set things more than straight. Mistakes happen and sometimes things fall through the cracks...it looks like I did. I found her concern absolutely genuine and at no time did she ever ask me to change this review. This is done on my own volition. My faith in Dunnett's is restored. In fact, I am going to be getting another appliance next week. I have edited my review from 1 to 4 stars plus added this...
