I’ve been a regular customer at Brewer Nutrition for a while now, visiting nearly every day, but I’m seriously frustrated with the service over the past week. Today, I had another disappointing experience that pushed me to write this review. First, I ordered my usual coffee—something I’ve had many times before—but this time the oat milk was chunky and spoiled. I didn’t realize until I took a sip after leaving, and I ended up having to dump the whole thing. It was honestly really off-putting. I also ordered a twisted bagel sandwich, and my boyfriend got a cranberry chicken salad sandwich. Both sandwiches were disappointing—there was almost no turkey in mine, and my boyfriend's sandwich barely had any chicken salad at all. To top it off, there were no chips included with either sandwich, even though the menu clearly states that they come with it. It’s really frustrating because we’ve been coming here regularly for a long time now, and the service and quality have really slipped. I don’t know what has happened recently, but the past few days (and especially today) have been a huge letdown….I really hope they can get it together because I used to love this place, but right now it’s just not living up to the standards we’ve come to expect. It makes me very said because everything has been phenomenal...
Read more1st timer. I hate to do this but... We waited for about 10 minutes because the register was frozen. As we patiently sat waiting for our order after paying cash I noticed one of the girls not wearing any gloves to prepare the food for another woman's online order. I never paid attention to how our meals were prepped as id rather not have looked since already paying. Maybe 20 minutes into the experience we get our salads in a cardboard box. My salad was a few leafs of green while the rest was mostly croutons...some cut eggs and half an avocado. I looked around for utensils and began eating my meal with a thin wooden spoon as one young lady did not know where the forks were. We soon received some proper utensils after a few minutes. I was able to wash my box of croutons down with a tea that resembled the flavor of a seltzered refrigerator kool-aid brand. I'm not a huge pessimist by a long shot but my first experience was sub-par. Hoping they can work the bugs out with time and will be able to provide a better cost to value ratio as they move forward. It's not a bad little place and could have just been our timing this afternoon mixed with a small rush of people coming in for lunch. Details are...
Read moreI arrived at Brewer Nutrition at 7:36 this morning. My food and drink are always great but the service this morning was poor and generally a lack of. I was the only one in this morning, my sister placed a mobile order so I let the barista know I had an online order and she quietly acknowledged me and kept going with online orders without asking the name on my order. When another couple walked in she immediately recognized them and made their order but made no attempt in checking on mine. Since then 3 separate customers have been served their orders, online and in store and I have yet to get mine. I can find compassion for those working in this industry as I have but to not take the time to take care of the customer who was clearly there first. I got my order...
