The store itself is excellent. It is clean, well-organized with a great selection. I would have gladly given this store five stars as the reality is that it’s a fabulous store. However, one female associate (long grey hair and glasses) was the absolute worst customer service associate I have ever experienced. She made it very obvious that she did not want to ring up my purchases, complained about the number of items I was buying, and kept noting that she couldn’t find the price tags (which, oddly enough, were large and in plain sight). This was the strangest and most unpleasant “check-out” I have ever experienced. Mind you, I have also dealt with some top notch associates at this location whom were absolutely delightful. But this one particular associate creates such a negative atmosphere that it sadly overshadows all of the...

I love TJs!! I think all of my favorite jeans came from here. Plus, I can usually find my redken hair products there for half the price at Ulta. Jammies, underwear, athletic wear, and cute dresses. Funny story, my sister moved across the country and on her first visit she got off the airplane and we were wearing the same EXACT outfit we had bought from separate TJ maxx stores 3000 miles apart from each other! Different story, I was on my way to a bridal party and hated the outfit I brought with me so I swung into a TJ Maxx and found the cutest little navy blue wrap midi dress that LOVED and still get a lot of wear out of. Never disappointed! We found a beautiful cutting board; last one like it, which after getting home, and turned it over it revealed a beautifully designed ' L' in CURSIVE writing , which was such a nice surprise as it symbolizes our last name being Lacasse . It felt like an omen of good luck or just that it felt like it was simply sitting there waiting for us !!! Lol ! My fiance said it would look better on our counter than at the store so he grabbed it!! And with a MUCH LOWER PRICE for such pretty workmanship with differently placed woods that I've looked at for over 200.00 !!!!
