Ordered yesterday to not get my food until an hour and a half later. Ordered on the KFC app and spent money and points. Three different door dash drivers showed up for my food and they refused to make it stating they were “busy and understaffed” after the second driver cancelled picking up my order, and the third one had already been waiting for 20 mins, I called the store to get someone who appeared intoxicated or high on the phone. They lied to me multiple times. Claimed they were unable to complete orders with a staff of three, could not maintain the conversation I was trying to have in any coherent manner, or answer basic questions. When we finally had our food delivered half of it was cold, the outside of our containers were covered in a mystery sauce (nothing in our order had sauce) and I was missing multiple components of our meals. I want to point out we had two small combos with no customizations. when I was on the phone with the worker, I could loudly hear people even in store complaining that they have been waiting over a half hour for food. the time of night that we ordered it is not impossible to run a store with the staff of three. It’s not a great situation to be in, but it is completely manageable if the staff are actually working. I had to call out the woman on the phone who is acting as if completing my order was impossible to do after I had already paid and ordered for it. anybody who has worked in the industry knows an hour and a half for an order is unheard of. it wasn’t until I pointed out my experience that I stopped getting excuses and they decided to actually make my order and stop trying to gaslight me into thinking that time frame...
Read moreI went through the drive-thru with a big order which I warned from the very beginning and the lady who took my order acted very annoyed and from my point of view was rude from the very beginning. When I asked for lemonade with one of the meal orders (which I always order lemonade) I was told they don’t sell lemonade but I wasn’t going to argue about it. Then I was told I couldn’t order a certain amount of meals because I needed to call ahead for that. Like what?? Then when I drove up to the window to pay i wasn’t greeted with a smile or how are you today instead i was told by the lady that her manager said next time I have a order this big to go inside. . When a mom or anyone for that matter wants to go through a drive-thru no matter how big the order is they should not be made to feel bad about it or told they have to go inside because going inside isn’t always a option that is why they call it a drive-thru and I never knew their were rules as to how big a order can only be be to go through one. I have had big orders many times going through a drive-thru and never have been told this. I get it a bigger orders take longer and are more time consuming but that is part of being in this business and something you have to be accommodating with and that means with your drive-thru as well especially when someone is paying your business $70 to eat there. Lucky there isnt a competitor offering the same style food or else youd been in trouble only reason your staying afloat is because No one else is offering the same kind of food in a fast food atmosphere.. Sad with no direct competitor you make no effort in trying to distinguish yourselves.. Never go to KFC but when i do the only reminder i get is why i didnt go to your establishment in the first place... Years later and still conludes to the same bad service you recieved years ago... Maine to Mass still the same bad service.. You get a piece of chicken between 2 buns... Cant afford to offer lettuce or even tomatoes with it... 15 years of giving KFC multiple chances and they have the exact menu & options they did 15 years ago as they do now... Adding a buffet shows the lack of business they recieve, says alot about the company.. Anyways will never return to a KFC in fact i encourage others to build a direct competitor to your business i guarantee they will succeed as your business diminishes... At the very least your service you make up for the lack of options & quality the food has become.. But you cant even provide the service to make up for the negatives... Like i said will never return.. I might not make an impact to your business as 1 single individual but what happens when 1 turns into 1,000 & so on? Take every customer in to consideration because even 1 can impact your business...
