Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Bangor

Was the worse tasting pizza I have had in my lifetime, not only was some of it all torn appart ( due to it sticking tobthe pan we were told ) but the burger on it was dry and tasted and looked old also the crust and sause and cheese were so thin I think that it was whatever they had left over from making another pie. Will never go to this pizza hut again , or mayne any other for that matter.

So went back today ( 10 months later ) to give them another shot ...again they failed! We were seated and not given any menus ( maybe they were just too busy with the other 6 customers there) once we did get menus we placed our order for some wings to start with then pizza , my step son ordered a cheesless pizza ( just sauce ) we waited the usual 15 minutes ( thats what it takes to cook pizza so no big deal ) but we could have gotten I wings atleast 10 minutes before pizza instead of 30 seconds, once pizzas arrived our waitress says " can you move some stuff so I can set the pizza down " then she says that there was a mistake made and cheese was pit on the cheesless pizza but would we like it anyway or wait another 15 minutes for the pizza that was ordered, we decided to wait ( he does not like cheese ) so here you have a 9 yo sitting patiently for his order for 30 minutes. Once his order arrived and we all finished eating my wife asked if the late pizza would be discounted and was told and I quote " it wasnt going to be but I can ask my manager " we ended up getting it for free but was given the old snot attitude from the manager when she cashed us out. My wife paid and said thank you and the manager just turned and walked away saying nothing. I guarantee I will never visit the Broadway...

The food was good, the waitress Nicole was nice at the start. We ordered the stuffed crust pizza that was special with 1 topping. We said we would like the special with extra pep and extra cheese. She replied it would cost more. I said that's fine, thinking she meant we had to pay for the extra cheese and extra pep. When we got the bill, she charged us full price for the pizza. I went to the register and explained I felt miss lead. The gentleman got our waitress. She said I told you it would be more, I can't give you the special with extras." I explained I felt it was miss leading and didn't appreciate it. She then took the receipt and went to the gentleman who was finishing up someone's cinnamon rolls slammed our receipt on the counter next to him and said you have to deal with her. He came over and asked what was going on nicely, I started to tell him and Nicole the waitress, who came back and interrupted and said I told her it was more." I again started to tell the gentleman what had happened, and Nicole stormed off, muttering something I was unable to make out. I felt it was very rude of the waitress the way she argued with me and continued to say I was wrong. The gentleman corrected the price and gave me the special with the added charges I expected. Everyone else at the restaurant was very pleasant. And the food was good. I understand it was probably a busy day, and she was probably exhausted, but that is no excuse to be rude.

Place is under renovation, so the parking lot and everywhere is a mess. We are there around 2:00 in the afternoon, try to go in to place an order and the door is locked. Are they closed? Nope. Go around back and yes, they’re open with the customer entrance locked. If I hadn’t promised my kid a pizza, well honestly, I wouldn’t have been there in the first place. (How can you not realize by the afternoon that not a single customer has come in? Is it so normal to have no customers? Why not just close down while renovations are ongoing?) So the worker unlocks the door, we go into the small little hall of the takeout counter, and not a single menu of any kind to be found. No restaurant menu, take out menu, specials menu, just nothing. When the person comes over to take our order, I ask her about the take-out only deal and it becomes clear, they will not be honoring any deals. (Again, if I hadn’t promised my kid, I would have left.) So instead of getting the $10 deal, we paid the $16 regular price and THAT’S WHERE YOUR TIP IS!
