If you're a Dasher, avoid this place like the plague. I don't know that I've ever seen anything so sad and unprofessional in all my life. I've given this place multiple chances, but the quality of the staff and how they treat Doordash drivers is shameful at best. I've heard rumors that they always prioritize Doordash orders last and it's absolutely true. I don't know how many times I've sat there for at least 20-30 minutes or more waiting for an order to be prepared, only to be told it was going to take more time. Meanwhile, drive-through and in-store customers are getting their orders the entire time. I didn't have a large order in this instance either - it was a single black bean wrap. A young employee asked me who I was waiting for when I first came in, which gave me hope that things would be different this time. They never came back with an ETA. After about 20 minutes, yet another employee asked what I was waiting on and disappeared, never to return. Another 10 minutes later, I ask the first employee to check on the order. They disappear for a few minutes and come back to tell me it would be maybe another 5 minutes or so. I dropped the order and moved on, as I had another order already waiting on me.
This staff is truly awful. The guy who I believe is supposed to be the shift leader or dare I say manager, always looks angry and put off or flustered. Seriously unkempt looking and generally appears like he just hates his life and doesn't want to be there, which is typical of most of the staff really. I've even seen him get angry about a permanent marker not working only to throw it across the restaurant. Another employee looks like someone you'd see in an 80s movie with a stereotypically poor attitude and smug look on her face, slamming food and drinks down and hollering orders out to customers without even trying to see if anyone heard or acknowledged her. I've seen the same employee drop a stack of cups all over the floor only to pick them up and start putting them in their holders again. This staff really doesn't care and its no doubt a reflection of the incredibly poor management. Employees using cell phones out back with their gloves on and then handling food. Poor language and just an overall lack of professionalism at all. I wish I could prevent Doordash from even sending me orders for here, but I have to take a hit on my acceptance rate every time because I just don't want to deal with having to sit there and lose money and other opportunities. Read moreThis location has ruined my love for Taco Bell! The night crew’s assistant manager is extremely unprofessional. On 12/18 at 11:22pm I went to the drive thru left the store and call store at 11:34 pm. Meaning the store didn’t close for over 30 mins. I waited 10 mins without even a hello, I was not even spoken to through the drive thru window. At that point I go into the store lobby to see 3 workers behind the counter in the lobby hitting each other and joking around. When those workers saw me standing there they all left. A worker came back roughly 5 mins after seeing me and leaving the register to say “are you picking up and order” “No I’m here to order” “the lobby’s closed” “is the drive thru closed?” “No” “well I just waited 10 mins and no one said anything” at which point I left. Called the store to ask for the STORE OWNER or STORE MANAGERS number, I wanted to express these issues with them, to be handed off the the night shift assistant manger. I explained to the assistant manager (he never gave me his name) everything the same way as I did here in this review. He processed to insinuate that was lying and told me all his workers were on the drive thru line so they couldn’t have been hitting each other in the front. As well as stated there is no way I stayed in the drive thru for 10 mins because his drive thru times were 108 seconds. (This is also false because I had Been there previously this night and was told it was 20 min wait, at which point I decided I would come back). He Told me to call back tomorrow 12/19 at 8am “because she (store manger) is sleeping right now and wasn’t going to taking any calls” the Assistant manager processed to hang up on me. Read moreMy husband spent $50+ on two grilled cheese burrito boxes, a beefy 5 layer burrito and a steak quesadilla. No sauce for the cantina chicken soft taco and decided to not add cinnamon twists that came with the order, TO the order. I usually order from another location because of pure incompetence at this location but unfortunately did not have a choice. I'm pretty sure some low class degenerate stoners helped themselves to our cinnamon twists during their toke break...a real shining display of the quality of the establishment. Don't get me wrong I have a med card so I'm not hating on the 420 community, it's people who think they deserve to be paid for low class service, can't or just won't, remember orders and are probably eating the portions of food other people paid for and laughing cause complaints with delivery companies are bullsh¡t and wanna give a $3 refund on a $50+ order. Shame on you. I feel like ya'll are doing that on purpose. Also why give drinks with lids if you aren't going to provide straws? This. This right here is the blatant incompetence aforementioned. Do better. Not like I'm the first person to hand you your own derriere based off other reviews and I'm sure I won't be the last as long as you continue to have expertise in disappointment and blatant laziness, as well as stealing people's money.
