This place is very unprofessional! This was sent to my son that Brad (the owner) sent to a 16 year old kid! Who the has never met this man! He has never seen him work! He rides dirt bikes he isnt lazy he won the championship this year! So no he isnt unmotivated or lazy!!! Brad sent this to him on the way to his first day of work! ‼️ just talked with my guys that u met last time and honestly they said u didn't seem very motivated and moved at a snails pace. That kind of work ethic won't work here at a ski shop. Things get super hectic here at times and need my employees to be knowledgeable and fast paced to be honest. The owners are cool people, even the pups are a delight every time we come. We’ve been renting our gear here for 5 years and never had a bad customer experience because they all are just that great every. single. time. But this last visit I wanted to let the owner know that our technician was so rude. We rented our equipment 2/18, her initials are KR or K something it’s in the pic but she didn’t say anything to us when we took our boots to the counter. She asked us what skis we wanted (like we know) and threw the paper at us to sign when we got our equipment. Overall she didn’t seem like she wanted to help us. Highly reccomend!!! We had a party of 10 come in to rent skis and snowboards for a twilight run on Sugar Mountain. We were in and out so quick - something that could have taken hours on the mountain took 30min (not to mention at a lower price)!! The staff is knowledgeable and more importantly so friendly. Our group included young kids and they helped to make sure everything was fitted perfectly. Their late hours makes it easy to drop off quickly once you get off the mountain. Adding the extra $2 for damage protection was worth it as you can just drop off the equipment and go - dont have to wait for everything to be checked! We will 100% use them again next time we...
