When my wife and I started an account about 2 years ago the worker that helped us could not get one of the brand new iPhones to work and we were sent home with the understanding that the phone was locked out for a week due to lack of patience with the sim card. He tried 3 different Sim cards none worked according to him...…. The next day I called what I believe is corporate and they said the sim cards were locked out. Out of curiosity I put the one that came with the phone back in and everything worked great. Spending this much money on a phone and to not have it work when leaving is not good business. I was literally on the phone with at&t for hours. Also I was supposed access to the plan and that was never taken care of. We then came to the store on 9/15/2022 to again not have working phones when we left.............It is getting old at this point. I was also supposed to be put on the plan again and it was not taken care of. Again I was on the phone with at&t for a half hour and the lady i talked was very kind and gave me a credit to my account and said this was unacceptable also. She told me i have to go back to the store because they entered the sim card to the wrong phone number and they would need new sims. After getting back to the store at 6PM I was greeted with Brian who is very helpful and is the only consultant that I have been happy with. After being at the store for another two hours we were able to get both phones working. The gentleman that helped me has our account all messed up and kept explaining how excited he was to go play poker with his boss that night. I believe Randy owes all his winnings if he had any to Brian as he was able to do his job correctly.

   Read moreA number of years ago, we met with Tony at the Baraboo AT&T store to discuss wireless internet service in our area. We have no other source of internet. Tony explained what his store & AT&T could do for us and was able to get us into a program that was just what we needed. After a couple of years using the AT&T service, I stopped into the store to ask a question about tower locations. Tony looked at our service; said that he could improve service and save us about $10 per month on our bill. A no brainer. We recently had to change our cell phone provider (not AT&T) because they were no longer going to provide cell service at our vacation home in ND. AT&T also does not provide service at our ND home. Our new cell provider also provides wireless internet as part of their package so we decided to cancel our AT&T service. We went to Tony, explained the issues and he immediately went to work helping us terminate our internet service. After he made numerous phone calls and provided explanations, we were able to cancel our service. Based on Tony's efforts and mannerism, we would strongly recommend anyone considering AT&T to visit with him and his staff. They...
   Read moreI don’t usually leave reviews, but I am absolutely appalled at the “service” I received at this location on 3/18/2021. I came in to pick up my new phone that was in store pick up. We arrived about 40 minutes before the store closed. They were more concerned about the upcoming closing time then they were in helping me set up my new phone. I get it, I’ve worked retail, no one wants to stay late. But I didn’t come in 5 minutes until close and I was the only customer in the building. I was asked not to read the contract because it was long and they were closing soon, told that he hated my current phone set up, and ended up going home without ANY of my data transferred to my new device. All because “it was almost 6”. My questions were brushed off, and he was not in any way wanting to spend time with a customer. I have had great customer service experiences with AT&T in the past, so I’m not sure what’s going on at this location; but to say I am disappointed is an incredible understatement.
