I am so thankful for Matt at Computer Professor in Baraboo, my gaming computer had developed a major problem and a friend had told me to go to Matt at Computer Professor, Matt checked out the computer thoroughly tested every component of the computer explaining everything he was doing narrowed the problem to the Motherboard and possibly CPU, being my computer was a Hewlett Packard and this brand is very proprietary and especially MotherBoard could not be replaced. matt explained to me that he could salvage my GPU, Ram Memory and my SSD Drives to put into a new build, well I had a Cool Master full sized tower case at home that I was hoping to rebuild some day and so brought it in to Matt and he explained what additional components we need and the total cost of rebuild salvaging my GPU, Ram Memory but not CPU for it proved to be also damaged along with Motherboard in old computer, Matt did the rebuild and I have my old Cool Master Tower up and running perfectly, am very happy with Matt's work, honesty in explaining all cost and what he thought would be the most beneficial parts for my use of computer. Matt is going to only sell you what you need and no more, very conscientious and not out to overcharge for his work and also stands behind his work with a warranty. Bought a gaming PC from here after my last one got destroyed from water damage. Was really happy with price and the quality I was getting on my games. There was a small hiccup with my graphics card being faulty and causing my computer screen to go black. After troubleshooting and sending my graphics card back into the the manufacturer of the card. The computer is back to working amazing again. The amount of time and energy and patience it took Matt. All while being very apologetic for a malfunction that was not his fault was amazing. Matthew at the Computer Professor is amazing. We went from the worst day having our old business computer crash to the best day because of Matthew. We felt pretty embarrassed taking our 2011 Windows 7 computer in to see if the data could be salvaged, but Matthew treated us with such respect and he didn't care how old the equipment was! He recovered all of our data and installed on a new machine.....in an hour!!!! He had the new computer set up in the store and helped me get familiar with it, and answered my questions.
