ALDI — Local services in West Baraboo

I love to buy here and how affordable it is. Never had a problem before until the past two orders. The reason of the one star is for their curbside/pick up services. The past 2 times, its like the person in charge to do the pick up orders don't care much about giving good service. Yesterday I was given a bag of grapes with a 80% of them rotten, a $6 bag of grapes went straight to the garbage, of course I didn't claim right away yesterday because I didn't see them until I got home and unpacked them, I ain't driving 25 minutes back (nearest Aldi). Also, I ordered turkey lunchmeat and was substituted with Ham. I wouldn't mind another flavor of turkey like roasted or smoked or honey... the person changed the meat. I don't eat pork. The previous time I ordered beef ribs, was substituted with pork ribs. Its ok if you don't have the product, I just prefer them to just reject it when it comes to meat.

What it used to be something convenient for people like me with a full time with rotative schedule, mom, wife, lack of personal time, this was saving me time so I don't spend the only two days a week that I have off doing grocery, now I have to besides the driving time. Time that I can with my family because I don't trust anymore the curbside/pick...

Usually very friendly staff, very organized & well kept store. Tonight, very unorganized, tons of empty boxes all over the place, two registers open with more than three people waiting in each line. I realize it's the Friday before Christmas, but I've never seen this store in so much disarray. I was waiting for a man to move along so I could get some butter. A male employee with a scanner walked right in front of me, opened the door and counted some things, then walked off. Didn't acknowledge that I was even there. Didn't say "excuse me" or "sorry". Cashier seemed to be bored. Didn't greet me nor ask if I found everything ok like the girls usually do. When my transaction was done, there was no thank you. Just "alright, you're all set". I would never have thought I'd be giving this particular Aldi three stars for lack of...

My wife and daughter were in the Baraboo store today, and a stock person was running through the store nearly bowling them over. My wife barely pulled my 2 year old daughter out of the way, to the stock person stopping, glaring at them, saying “Jesus Christ”, and motioning for them to move out of his way, even though they had already step aside. It was extremely disrespectful of a human being, let alone a customer. Aldi has removed all phone numbers, and corporate phone numbers, so the only method of contact seems to be to leave negative reviews. I’m hoping they see this and instruct their staff to slow down and be respectful of other...
