I asked Handy Harry to bid some home repairs due to vandalism. They did, and I signed the contracts. I trusted them to be honest. I don’t believe that they were. They charged me $906.25 to fix 3 pieces of siding and to take a screen and a window to a company to get them fixed. I have called them at least 4 times and asked to speak to the owner to have him explain these exorbitant charges!! The owner will not return my calls!! I will never use this business again!! They have been totally unprofessional. Going along with this, I had an appointment with them to put the screen and window back. They didn’t show up, and I had to call them twice to get them...

I called and booked an appointment for a smaller job, some gable end trim that was not finished by the roofing contractor. Everything was good until the actual appointment day- I got a voicemail they needed pictures. Okay, sent the pictures. Next day they responded with asking me to climb up on the roof and measure how many pieces were needed, and how high up was it. Now I'm an accountant not a roofer. I have no idea how many pieces- that's why I hired a handyman to look at it?
