Caines Flowers — Local services in Barberton

I ordered a "Florist original" birthday floral arrangement. I must say I was very disappointed and bit horrified by what was sent. Quite frankly, I was embarrassed.  I couldn't believe that was what I paid for.  I would have been better off buying a pre-designed arrangement for the same price.

I didn't go with a predesigned arrangement because I know from my experiences here in Massachusetts,  my florist's "Designer's Choice" Florist Originals always come out looking better than the predesigned ones. I wrongly assumed that would be the case here as well.

I learned  a big lesson from this experience.  Next time, I order flowers from out of state, make sure I get one of the pre designed floral arrangements so I know what the recipient will receive.

I also tried reaching out to Caines regarding their floral arrangement but they still haven't responded. (As of July 2nd, I still haven't heard back from them. At this point, it's probably safe to assume that I won't. )

I'm not impressed by their floral arrangements nor their customer service.

Canes didn’t deliver the flowers arranged for Saturday, they left me and my girlfriend both voice mails, then didn’t return a call…. They delivered both orders on Monday… unacceptable...
