Think twice before ordering from Brandi's Boutique! I ordered a Simply Southern patterned tote that had beautiful vibrant colors in the photo. But when I received the tote, the patterened area was faded like it had been sitting in a sunny display window, and the corners of the bag were faded to almost white! When I reached out to report the problem and ask to return the item as it was defective, I was told that those bags are shipped to them that way from the factory and there is nothing they can do (which is not true because I have another one of these bags that is just as beautiful as the photos). Furthermore, I can return it at my own cost, but the refund will go to store credit...so that I can take a chance on ordering another defective item that they will not stand behind!
