3rd Street Tap House — Restaurant in Bardstown

AVOID!! Unless you want to get ripped off. From earlier reviews, looks like I'm not the only one.

Came here on a Saturday night at 12:40 AM, for a last drink of the night with friends brought together by a recent death. I asked for a Zombie Dust on tap, and two bottom shelf Old Fo on ice for friends.

How much would it cost? Probably about $15 max right? Bartender brings me a bill of $56!! She ignores me for 10 minutes before I finally flag her down about the bill.

She says the Old Fo was $25 a shot! Then when I tell her that's impossible, she then says they were out of the regular Old Fo so they used something else. I asked her to get the bottle, and she fumbles around and gets a bottle of 1920. I argue how she didn't tell me and is charging me for something I didn't order, in addition to the ridiculous price even for that. She offers to take off one shot. Of course I knew this was the scam.

In the end, I paid $31, twice more than I should have, but was tired of arguing and had to move on. Of course, no tip because she charged me for something I did not order instead of what I actually ordered.

The bartender is in on it. Sounds like the owner is in on it too. IF YOU ARE FROM OUT OF TOWN, STAY AWAY!! They will try to take...

Stopped in during the Light up Bardstown event. Bartender is the worst I have seen. Was not that busy and it took her 10 minutes to acknowledge if I needed anything. Passed by me several times and even waiting on a couple people that came in after me. Ask her a question if she had Moscato and she disappeared and came back several minutes later and continued to wait on other customers. Finally came back to me and asked again what I needed and told her again and she said oh yeah, I need to check on that. Came back with an answer and I ordered Bloody Mary that took her 10 minutes to make because she kept talking to another girl that was trying to help but had no clue how to mix drinks. There are plenty of great places to go in Bardstown and I will not be back to this place! Also Bloody Mary was awful...

The restrooms were not working for what ever resone shit was going all over the floor and the bartender told me your just going to have to piss in the parking lot because the restrooms are out of order .. will not recommend had i fight break out before we left for what ever reason .... mind you i was drinking water all night because I had to take my puking girl friend home because the bartender should have refused to serve her because she was way to intoxicated but they didn't care ... worst...
