The owner and staff are very friendly, customer oriented, they all do their best to make sure the customer has a good experience. This is one of the busiest shops in town but the owner and his staff know almost all the customers by first name, and even if there is a long line (which almost never happens) the owner and staff work quickly and efficiently to get you what you came for and on your way without rushing or making the customer feel like they are a nuisance. The young owner to this shop takes pride in his store, and shows kindness and compassion to his customers making all that enter his shop feel welcome wether it is the homeless, the rich, the pretty girl or the mentally challenged man they are all greeted with the same smiles and respect everyone seems to feel equal in value when visiting this shop.
