My stove got red tagged twice for gas leaks please do better Update: refused to to pick up the bad stove they sold us because I âwrote a bad reviewâ very unprofessional and the fact that the gas company has said this happens very often with you guys not installing correctly or selling bad merchandise. The gas company said My family and I could have died due to the amount of gas that was leaking the least you could have done was pick up the bad stove. Mind you this is the second stove that was bought from them that this has happened also when we bought a washer from them it broke down twice within a week they came and fixed it both times but it ended up just completely breaking down didnât even last a year Also they went to my moms house to fix a fridge not knowing that my mom speaks Spanish the guy who came to fix it called the lady who handles phone calls to ask her how much he should charge her she then proceeded to say âcharge her however much you want 300, 400, 500,600â my mom spoke Spanish to him after that and refused service hahaha the look on his face when he knew they were caught one held my tongue about these people for so long but people need to know what these people are about save yourself the hassle and go somewhere else...
   Read moreDon't waste your time with this so-called business. I needed a service call to fix my washer. They sent their son out to look at the washer and who doesn't speak hardly any English. He pulls apart my washer and points to where the problem is and calls his dad to tell me that they can look in the shop and see if they have a used one so that I don't have to wait for one to be ordered and shipped. He explains they only take cash, and it was $50, and they would let me know after the son got back in the shop to look for one. I never heard or saw from them again after that. This was over 2.5 years ago, and there no receipt to show they were even there. They left my washer in pieces and pulled apart, so after a day, I decided to order the part myself and had to figure out how to piece it back together. Call a reputable business that will finish the job, know how to communicate with the customer, and write a receipt.
I would have written the review sooner, but it wasn't until I started to see the posts recently on Facebook to call these people for appliances work that I wanted to share my horrible experience with...

They have a good selection of used appliances and the prices were very reasonable, I think I paid $250 or $300 for a nice used full-sized fridge, with a 90 day warranty. Customer service was very friendly, and they offered delivery for I believe $40 (not just to your door, installed in your kitchen) which I think is very reasonable considering what a pain it is to move a large appliance. Great communication for the delivery. The fridge we purchased ended up having some problems about a month later (it happens, its used), called them up and they said come and take your pick of another one, picked out an even nicer fridge, and they came and replaced the other one, same day, even after their hours (no charge, under warranty). I would not hesitate to purchase another used appliance here again, great value, high integrity, and very kind, responsive customer service....
