BARSTOW PAWN SHOP — Local services in Barstow

I love how theses guys work with the customers but I did have one complaint that has yet to be resolved, I have noticed that the interest rates set by the state are not being upheld if you pawn an item under 30$ the interest should be 6$ but this place charged 9- 12$ also if your item can fit in a1 cubic foot space they aren't supposed to charge a storage fee but they do charge an extra $5 either way. I have been trying to reach the owner however he's never there and when I told the workers they act as if they don't understand what I'm saying although the rates are clearly posted on the tickets and signage...

No stars would be better! Their phone number is either a constant busy signal or just rings and rings, during business hours too! I called to ask if they will take in my car speakers and after no answer i decided to drive there, the sign says open but the doors are locked. I went in earlier today and had the literal best customer service any pawn shop has ever given me. I got a really good deal on my fishing equipment and these guys are super nice. Not only are these guys authentic they also have a great selection of things for sale. I was impressed to see a vass selection of really good musical instruments. I really recommend this spot over the other one that’s down...
