Dillard's Clearance Center — Local services in Bartlesville

This happened to be our first time in today. I give 3 stars because I loved the store it was amazing but the people working there are rude as can be. I walked up to a younger African American girl and wanted to ask a few questions like it’s our first time how does things work here etc. Do u get trucks often and do special Sales etc. And she was rude as could be and was like we don’t get another truck until March and didn’t want to deal with answering any more of my questions. When we got up to the cashier and ask her a couple things she proceeded to not wanna talk to us either and said idk to everything and said she only works part time and could not answer anything to help. Stores Great but management needs to check the reviews because your employees are rude and act like it puts them out to even talk to them! I’m contacting...

Ok honestly it wasn't a bad trip to Dillard's but it was almost overwhelming. I was thinking Dillard's outlet. Maybe at the most it would have been half the store in use with spaced out racks of clothing. That was not the case. The entire store was packed with racks of clothes. I would say almost double if not more than what they used to carry in volume. Some great deals and some not so great. I think if you make it a routine to go into the store maybe once every 2 months or so you can keep your closet full on the cheap by buying out of season clothes. I can't speak for women's clothes but men's clothes, say like a long sleeve button up collared shirt, ranged from $4.99 to $50 depending on if it was clearance or not. It's definitely worth a look. Well since the store is an an expesive "Ross", they just changed the game because now you can actually get some extremely nice cloths, anywhere from about 4 racks of shoes, dress shoes, comfortable shoes, EXAMPLE, Borns that you can wear about the house to dress shoes, and a little Birdy just told me that here in 5-6 days from today, the show rack might be going on sale, hint hint, anyways I walked out of there with 3 pairs of nice jeans, one of them was the lucky brand, love them, they last forever!!!! And also 4 pairs of shirts for $190 total. Good luck finding all that for that price!!! Go...
