I was having a problem with my phones speaker and mic not working as well as it wasn't dependable at receiving messages and texts and what not. The sales associate was able to fix the problem so normally I would rate that at a 5 but there were 3 sales associates in the store. All were busy, not slacking but doing their job setting up new phones for customers. At least 6 other customers were waiting for almost 20 minutes before being helped. That doesn't count the many that showed up signed in and then left after 10-15 minutes of waiting. It wasn't that the staff wasn't doing their jobs but instead the store is way under staffed like many other places. I'm sure other times they may be just waiting for customers to come in. I don't know but this wasn't the first or second time we've waited longer than 20 minutes to be helped at this store. Many folks just came in to buy a phone case or something and ended up putting the item back and leaving because there was no one to help at the register. So I'll be generous and give 3 stars until corporate can figure out how to manage the positions better to produce a more effective flow of customer traffic.
Update; just went back into our Bartlesville store because all 4 of our phones signals have been at 2 bars for months. It was moderately busy but a sales associate came right over to help us. Honestly we had just went to one of their competitors stores to see what kind of plan we could get with them because we were just tired of the dropped calls we having. The young man, Bravo, was very helpful. We felt he was being completely honest with us and told us that he and alot of customers was having the same problems. Apparently at this time US Cellular is working on getting their 5G services online and phasing out 3G but it won't happen until closer to the 1st of the year. Where that could be frustrating in itself his honestly alone about the problem will have a impact on our decision. We've been with USCC for well over 25 years and we don't want to switch. I feel like they have made steps to address to backed up lines of people waiting in the store and are working on a solution for the phones. They did offer to lower our bill significantly until the problem is resolved. Kudos USCC....

My phone wouldn't even turn on and all he said was the only thing I can do is sell you another phone. I asked about my contacts and photos and he said there was nothing they could do. I left the store and a friend of mine transferred all my contacts and photos without turning old phone on. This same friend fixed my old phone. So I went back to Austin to return and he said I couldn't because the phone wasn't defective. I told him I was going to turn him into corporate and he said there's nothing they can do to me! When I originally purchased my old phone at this store Nick helped me and he transferred all my contacts and photos and let me keeybold phone number from another carrier! Obviously you just have to be a warm body to work at this store. You don't have to know anything....
