Rent-A-Center — Local services in Bartlesville

I got a TV and king size bed from here, paid for it waited a week and when they showed up to deliver my things they only had a TV and called my boyfriend twenty minutes Pryor to delivering to let us know they didn't even have a king size but they would bring a queen size for us to use for a "few days", its now been two weeks. They were supposed to deliver the king size today between 1pm-3pm they did call at 2:50pm to let us know it would be more towards 4pm before they would be here Its now 5pm and im still waiting, and they charging us again whenever they deliver the king size bed we already paid for. And want to charge us for the queen size bed (we didn't ask for, they offered) because they made mistake. The day we signed the papers and paid for our stuff they told us "I do have a king size bed in the back". Needless to say these people suck at their job, I wouldn't recommend anyone I know to use this place. Save yourself some time and look into other furniture stores...

Wouldn’t fix things that I’m still paying for or provide service for things required by contract.. Promised several times they’d get back with me on various concerns I’ve had over time.. Couldn’t answer simple math questions about my account (I’ve rented through several rent a centers and always pay off so I know what they’re able to do and not do based on experiences I’ve had personally) poor customer service of several employees who are required to interact with customers . Will not return calls back when trying to figure things out but will continually call about any late payments like clockwork and often unprofessional.. There are a few good people there but overall this place just doesn’t compare to my experience with any other rent a center.. Hate to even leave this review because I’ve been a loyal...

I was in an interesting situation with furniture in storage three states over not wanting to buy. Rent a center is a good option for anyone in limbo. They deliver, setup and then pick it up again. Gene is a great manager that any company would be lucky to have. Kara is fast on the books and answers the phones every time it rings, she treats everyone with charm, grace and compassion. Tanner overcame many obstacles on delivery and setup that many twice his age would never figure out, communicated each problem and solution and is a Team Lead I would be happy to steal from rent a center. Brayden and Dillon were professional, diligent and wonderful backups. All in all the Best Team I have seen Bartlesville yet. Remember the motto - ...
