This was the worst experience buying ANYTHING of value. We ordered our sectional online and then when we inquired about it two days later because we never got a phone call like they said we would they didn’t even know that they had online ordering capabilities even though it lets you put in your payment info. We then came in around the middle of June and was told it would be delivered the 2nd week of July. After not hearing anything by the 4th week of July we inquire about it to be told that it would be delivered that Thursday or Friday and then fast forward to that Friday and we get a call saying the tracking information says it’s delivered but they didn’t actually have our furniture on the truck that came. Was told they wouldn’t do anything to compensate us for the inconvenience. We had already sold our furniture in anticipation of getting the new one and have been without furniture for 3 weeks now. As I’m writing this we had to BEG to get our $50 delivery fee refunded. They previously told us as soon as they get it, it would be delivered. However when they called to tell us they finally have the furniture in they can’t deliver anything until tomorrow between four and six which is very inconvenient for our schedule. They refused to deliver when their only truck gets back tonight because he said he wasn’t going to make his guys work past six, even though this phone call was at 3 and they are allegedly a little over an hour away because he doesn’t know when they’ll be back. When asked why they can’t deliver in the morning was told their crew has to take their only truck to Muskogee to pick up more furniture and there is no way he would work us in before the truck leaves at 9. He also had no idea of when they would be back from Muskogee and again said they can deliver between four and six. So still no furniture, still don’t have an actual delivery time. Read moreI do NOT recommend shopping here. They promise things that they will refuse to do later. My Mother-in-law was shopping there for furniture for her move to NY state. Which she was going to load into a truck and had no expectations of having it delivered for her by the company. She was interested in a particular chair but they did not have all of the matching pieces in stock, like pillows and ottoman. So she said nevermind and was going to keep looking. The sale person recommended getting the chair anyway and that they would ship the remaining ottoman and matching pillows for the couch (which she also purchased there) to her in NY when they received them in. This was the salesperson's idea!!!! So my mother-in-law agreed. She has been in NY since May and has called them every week. They have done nothing but give her the run around even promising her still that they would get them shipped UPS in the following week. This went on for months!! Last week they finally stated that they were NOT going to ship her the extra pieces that go with the chair and couch she purchased. They honestly have a great group of employees at Bob Loftis Bartlesville. I purchased a bed and recliner for my elderly uncle and needed it delivered asap. Even though the delivery guys had a full schedule today, they stopped what they were doing and loaded my stuff up and delivered it right then and there. (Not saying for anyone to expect this to happen but I’m glad they were able to make it happen today. I’m so thankful!) I couldn’t ask for better service. I will definitely be doing more...
