Sonic Drive-In — Restaurant in Bartlesville

I do not usually write reviews but this sonic on Nowata Rd and HWY 75 is horrible! Today I used the app and it had an "unexpected error" so I checked in with the button when I got there. The lady told me she would check me in and have my order out shortly.... 45 minutes later I finally press the button again they say they will have it right out. They did! Within less than a minute so I asked if it was sitting inside the whole time and if it was cold. She takes it back and returned to give me the order a couple minutes later and tells me "My manager said that next time you need to check in on the app when you get here" Several years ago I quit going to this location because they gave me the wrong order and the manager had an attitude about it and told me "We do not make mistakes!" Really? Then another time we stopped in for 3 drinks, they couldn't get the order correct and didn't want to refund my money after 4 attempts to correct the order which they only successfully made 1 of the drinks correctly. I'm done with this place it is a joke! This is only 3 of the bad experiences I've had here. Seems like there is always something wrong. I definitely recommend going to the sonic in Dewey! Avoid this location (Nowata Rd & HWY 75)...

Last night May 15th my husband went to Sonic located in Bartlesville on nowata road it was approx 10:15 p.m. when he pulled up now I'm not mistaken that still gives you 45 minutes until your store closes correct? So while he pulls up he notices all of your employees are over at the park smoking weed so instead of answering the box my husband sat there for 15 minutes after pushing the red button that you're supposed to answer and no one came. And while he was sitting there waiting on someone to answer he observed all of your employees over at the park smoking weed staring at him sitting in the stall waiting on them to take his order. Needless to say my husband left after waiting for 15 minutes for somebody to answer that box. We won't be back ever. I would come to the Sonic at least four times a week and get a drink during the week never again. My suggestion to you is a fine people that actually want to do their job because the ones you got now refuse to do so. So folks if you have a bunch of time on your hands and want to waste it just sitting in a Sonic stall when no one's going to answer you but they're all going to stare at you while they smoke weed in the park this is the...

Everyone loves Sonic. I love Sonic. But what is frustrating to me, is that the location closest to my house which is Nowata Rd & Hwy 75 is not consistent. Some days you go there and the food is so hot, fresh and good that you think, wow, delicious, but the next two or 3 times you come, not so much, and those times you can tell that it's been pre-cooked for a rush, and just sitting in a warmer or something. But the days it's good, it's really good. But when its cold, or even worse, cold and tried to be re-heated..or like when the food was thrown together and your meat is hanging off the bun, and there is one pickle, or none... or like last time, when your receipt shows you ordered onions on both your items, but there were onions on neither, you think, Ugh I told myself last time, I was NEVER coming back! But then you kinda forget and stop in again, and get that perfect burger, with perfectly crispy tots....and....you come back again...sigh....yep consistent...
