Pretty disappointed with the staffing at this location. I worked for Starbucks in high school and we were all about the people. No matter what we were doing, we welcomed each guest and stopped to serve. The last dozen times I’ve walked in here, it has been at least 30 seconds before I’ve been acknowledged or helped. Sometimes I have even left after a whole minute or two passed. I stand at the counter waiting to even be noticed. Yet the whole time, someone will be facing me behind the pastry case putting stickers on something or making whipped cream. When I finally order, it takes forever to get the drink after the barista sloppily get its to the counter with the lid not on completely, liquid running down the side of the cup or oozing out the top. Yesterday, I waited until he finished his task before ordering, he told me my total and then disappeared for another minute to get and restock lids. My card failed to process, so I stood there wondering what was going on while 4 employees were within a few feet of me yet never looked up. What you do is never as important as who you’re serving. Hoping someone up top pays a secret shopper visit here and requires...
Read moreHello, I have been a loyal fan to the medicine ball a.k.a. honey citrus, mint tea for many many years. I used to be a Starbucks partner, and it was my favorite drink to make and offer to customers! My favorite part was always adding extra honey so whenever I went to go get my medicine ball this morning, which is now a treat for me and I really only get when I am sick. I asked the man for extra honey packet because I have a sore throat and he proceeded to get a really mean tone with me and say there is no honey packets there’s honey syrup there’s never been honey packets and I said actually there you used to be made with honey packets but if you change the recipe, that’s OK like there’s no reason to be rude to someone especially at 8:44 in the morning Get some manners and be professional especially if you’re gonna be the person in the drive-through. It’s around 8:44 in the morning on today he has brown hair and he’s young and he’s rude as hell and I probably will not be coming back anymore for my medicine ball because I’m not dealing with attitude like that like he’s really lucky. I am having a bad day and I didn’t just pop up on him...
Read moreThe staff is very friendly and the store is well-maintained, but the location was chosen poorly. The entrances and exits are located in inconvenient spots, and are often blocked by people attempting to park, and the drive-through line can often block both entrances completely. The parking lot is often full, even when the store seems to be only at half-capacity. In busy times, it is safer and faster to park across the street and walk to the store.
The online ordering option seems to quicken the pace of retrieving an order, but one must first brave the parking area to get inside the store, and then catch the attention of one of the many employees who are busily attempting to keep up with the high quantity of orders. The online ordering and pickup process needs further refinement to be a good choice for the average consumer.
Once one retrieves the order, things are much more pleasant in the restaurant. It‘s a shame that so much of the positive experience is damaged due to the chaos going on outside in the...
