Read moreI would like to come on here and let everyone know not to support this business, I just got fired today over somethings that we’re not even true and I can go into detail we are not allowed to pull any food from the window as a server so if there is no one up there I’m sorry your food will get cold, so that’s reason 1 why I’m getting fired they said because I pulled food when I wasn’t supposed for my table. I explained to a friend what was going on and I felt like I was being picked on by my manager like I’m in high school again so she decided to make a review! Even tho I didn’t write it I got fired for that too! The manager lied and said I was talking behind his back about not being able to grab food out of the window which never came out my mouth to anyone! I got told once that we aren’t allowed to and haven’t since I had an expo help me grab food out the window but I guess I’m fired for that! Manager only scheduled me one day and told the managers to not call me in or let me pick up shifts so now my electric is off! I don’t know I feel like that’s all really bad management and yes the staff is waking on eggshells because of him. He cries about how he has to do work in the kitchen because he fired his kitchen manager too soon! Which was insane what they fired him over too! Don’t work here because you will most likely be fired out of the blue for something Ridiculous and then you’ll have bills and let’s not forget I let the managers know I have a mental illness and to ask for was Leniency and I didn’t get that either.they couldn’t even give me the exact reason on why I got fired they gave me well this and well this and well that’s not true a bunch of lies. I will be speaking to Human Resources because apparently these people have no respect. They tried to tell me things I did when I never said or did those things! I will never work for this company ever again after how I’ve been treated! Also let’s Mention That day over serve alcohol to people while already drunk from another bar! And the Constant managers flirting with customers! While GM is living his life with his brand new car I can’t even afford to pay my electric bill because he won’t schedule me and wouldn’t let me pick up shifts! And let’s mention this as well a table came in there card messed up so I had to pay half of there meal while I can’t even afford to feed myself and rent was due then 3 days later he’s says he read thru Policies, and wasn’t even supposed to take that money from me, so he gave it back but at what cost? After he didn’t make another server pay for the same issue I had crazy. That’s not even all of it but I’m done trying to waste my time any longer on this...
Read moreThe restaurant was not busy when we arrived and we were seated right away. At first, Laurence (our server) was friendly. He took our order and brought us a sample of the blueberry salsa (which is delicious but too spicy for two of us at our table) when we asked if we could try it. It took quite a while to get the two cocktails we ordered, especially considering that the place was not busy. In a fairly short period of time, the chicken Caesar salad for one of our party was delivered. We waited a long time - more than 15 minutes - without our server stopping by to inform us of the delay with the two orders of salmon. We noticed that someone who looked like a manager was talking with patrons at the booth next to ours and we called him over to our table and explained that two orders of salmon had not been delivered. He immediately went back to the kitchen, returned to us, and apologized, saying that the delay was due to the gluten free request (which I don't fully believe). The real issue from my perspective was that there was no communication from the server or anyone else about the delay until we flagged down the manager. The salmon and potatoes arrived shortly after our conversation concluded, and we were told the steamed broccoli would arrive as soon as it was finished (which it did). The taste of the food was good, the temperature of the mashed potatoes was not very hot, and the broccoli was fine when it arrived. We were checked on a couple of times after that. Overall, it was a disappointing experience. No offer to make any compensation for our wait was made by the server or manager. Not the experience three tired and hungry travelers were expecting. I would not recommend Bricktown Brewery based on our experience. Hopefully, it is an isolated situation and the service is of much better quality on a...
