BEWARE!!!! OF THIS LOCATION!!! DO NOT EAT AT THIS TACO BELL LOCATED ON STAGE RD IN MEMPHIS/BARTLETT.
The General Manger is an EXTREMELY RUDE, RACIST, AND DISGUSTING PERSON!! I'm not from Memphis but visited this location only twice. The moment I walked in I was met with EXTREME rudeness from the General Manger, or at least she said she was I had placed an order through the Taco bell app and was outside of this location in the parking lot while doing so, I simply waited for the app to let me know when my order was ready for pick up. Once the App said that it was ready for pickup, I went inside to the cash register and was met with STRAIGHT GHETTO RUDENESS!!!! Directly from the General manager - (Who is not a woman of color, and I'm unsure of her origins, or nationality) - I went into the store in good spirits and kindly stated that I was there to pick up my order. She asked what name it was under & I gave it to her, she said rudely "We don't have your order"... i told her that i had just placed it in the parking lot of their store on the app... she said "Well it wasn't at this store" - in a VERY RUDE condescending manner. I remained smiling and in good spirits as i showed her my app - that did confirm it was ordered at that location - She then got very loud with me and shouted " WE DO NOT HAVE THIS ORDER AT THIS STORE!" --- i was confused, but told her that Yes my order is here at this location, she rudely walked away, this lady NEVER even checked with any of the other workers, or look around the store, seems she was MORE interested in mistreating a woman of color than anything else. I saw her not be as rude to white or hispanic customers, but to me she was way over board!!! Finally after at least 15 minutes of her telling me my order was not at that location- one of the other workers came from the drive thru window, grabbed a bag that was sitting there, asked my name, and it turns out IT WAS MY ORDER... with the same name and address i gave the rude racist General Manager, i told the young lady thank you for finally giving me my order that i was told REPEATEDLY wasn't even there at all.
I ended up going back to this same Taco bell weeks later (without realizing it, being that Im not from Memphis).. and the General manager repeated the EXACT same rudeness as before except she went EVEN FURTHER this time. i plan to contact Corporate to explain the rest, she should in NO WAY WHATSOEVER deal with the public or in food service.
Whoever actually OWNS this location should get rid of her immediately!!! She even spoke as if there was no one higher to file complaint with, as though SHE was the owner and...

That Taco Bell needs to close down, we went through the drive thru and the girl taking the order sounded brain dead, told our order twice, It was nacho bellgrande no sour cream extra meat extra cheese, and lux box no sour on anything, she asked whats your order, when we repeated a second time. Then, we get to window she takes payment and walks off and their in the main diningroom, one had a baby in his arms, they were all just ignoring, and walking slow like people in drivethur we not even there, they slow drag out of the diningroom back to the place where their suppose to be working, she opens the window stands there looking back my hisband says there a problem she said you have bellgrande we said yes an the lux box, still we wait while their all going at snail pace, finally she hands our food out but not looking at us looking at the guys. Then!! we get the shit home to have some oinda supper and no clue what those two are def not lux box with sour cream all over and the nachos bellgrande as you can see full of sour cream and no extra nothing so I try and get some of it off to eat it and oh my God tasted like they dumped a whole shaker of salt on the chips so much my mouth all inside on fire, what the hell. I am not exaggerating it was a ton of salt and broken pieces of chips. Close it down, apparently the owner does not give a crap, as I read other reviews pretty sure as they said to they were stoned out of the mind or something to act so slow and brain dead. And apparently nothing is being done about it but some generic bs response, which I'm sure I will get the same generic one. Read moreDisgusting way of treating customers. I went up to the drive thru and asked for a moment so I could read the menu as I always do when I go to places I dont go often. Never in my entire 23 years of living have I ever had a worker tell me, "you can't have a second." I was shocked and asked why and he said, "because I can't have you backing up a line by giving you a second." I looked back and there was not a single person behind me so I told him that and he said, "I know but if you take a second there will be." So I was forced to order as quickly as I could, couldn't even look at the menu. There was another car in front of me and by the time I got my order the entire time no one else came behind me in that line, even after I was leaving. The biggest punchline? I asked the lady at the cashier who took my order and it was the MANAGER. Miguel is his name and I am going to call cooperate and say the store location and manager Miguels name, telling this entire confrontation to them. You don't talk to customers that way, you shouldn't even talk to people that way in general. I don't care who you are. People like this should never work with customers if they're going to have an attitude like that. I'm never coming back here. The disrespect I received made me cry when I was explaining my problem to the cashier. I thank her for making me laugh to get me to calm down.
