I have always been a dedicated vaporwize shopper since Iāve transitioned to vaping several years ago. Today I went in and purchased pods and vape juice (same juice I always purchase). I got it and walked right outside to fill up my pod and it went everywhere. I went back in to ask the man working if I had done anything wrong because Iāve never had this issue before and he said itās a defective bottle and tried fixing it, while still spilling more of the juice. He then started pulling out a little tool to fix it and I said I would just prefer a new bottle since itās already halfway gone without even using it, and he said that itās the only bottle of that they had (which was a lie because you can clearly see it all on the shelves), in which I responded that I would just take a different flavor and he then proceeded to hand me the bottle that was momentarily fixed and said there was nothing he could do for me, even with my jeans being destroyed. I work retail, so I understand that we canāt control the products we receive, defective or not. But what we can control is how we respond to the situations because of defective products. Hands down the worst customer service ever and to top it off, the bottle top that he āfixedā broke again after I left. I do NOT recommend this place, especially when there are so many in a close proximity that offer the same products at the same...

Three days later I go to refill the thing for the first time and it won't open. I take it up to the store and she cant get it open either. I ask if I can swap it out or return it and she says no because it's not a manufacturing issue, that I had tightened it to tight. Yet I had not opened it since I purchased it three days before and they were the ones to close it. Then the woman gets out a pair of plyers and spends twenty minutes trying to open it. She finally does then hands it back to me with scratches all over it from the plyers, which she never me asked if she could use. Her response to the scratches is that it wasn't her fault that it was mine because it was tightened to much!! They dont care about their customers. There are no signs saying you cant return or exchange. I had my reciept. If someone buys something from a company and is not satisfied they should be able to return it unless you make it clear up front that they do...

But since it's so close to me I can count on it from the employees being knowledgeable and very kind, to extremely high quality products, and the lowest or most dair prices of any vape shop especially for the devices themselves. They even sell the cheaper use and throw away e cigs and have a recycling system where you can bring them in and it is great knowing they truly do care for people...
