I just left Verizon about 10 minutes ago and was waiting on a very important phone and my phone broke while trying to replace the battery with a newer one in my S7 Edge.....note to self, don't try it, it's literally impossible and will crack the phone. I rushed to Verizon and Rob Morin the store manager could sense my stress. I immediately explained the situation and he then advised me of my options. I went with his first instinct on the Google Pixel and said let's do it. He then came out with the phone and told me to relax, everything will be ok and he set the phone up in minutes so I wouldn't miss that important call. I was there probably 20 minutes and hands down the best customer service I've experienced in a very long time if not ever. My point is, there is very few people left in the world like Rob that thoughtlesy helped a customer he didn't know from Adam. I want to thank you Rob for everything you did and highly recommend going into his store at Verizon Highland City if you want honest and precise customer service. It comes natural to him and Verizon is lucky to have such a great individual on there team. Don't waste your time anywhere else and go see Rob! 😁📱☎️📞

Read moreI lost my phone and went back to Verizon to get another phone, Mike told me they would credit me $400 for my phone towards a new iPhone 14 plus on May 29, 2023, I went back the next day and spoke to Cliff who told me that offer did not exist that all he could give me was $100 towards a new phone. After explaining the situation with cliff he called his manager Chris who in turn called his district manager in order to give me the offer the Mike offered. I found out that Mike was demoted from management due to his fraud activity’s. Thanks to Cliff and Chris they made things right. Thank you Cliff and Chris for your professionalism. Mike has been moved from store to store. I think it is time to rethink things with Mike. The only difference between one cell phone company and the next is their customer service. Read moreI am so happy I switched to this provider! Having been with Metro "POS" (instead of PCS as I call them) for years & then switching to a "real" provider has been extremely refreshing. I wasn't sure what I wanted when I walked in the door but I was greeted by Nicole who made me feel confident in my purchase & glad that I made the switch. She took the time to show me around and teach me the pros and cons of each phone I was considering. I would highly recommend the Verizon store in Highland City and more importantly Nicole if you want a helpful, knowledgeable & bright, smiling face to make your buying experience that much more pleasant!
