Subway — Restaurant in Florida

So today I am conflicted with subway. As I ordered a foot long (12 inches) steak, egg, and cheese the subway rep put two tray off steak as he should right? However, a few seconds later the manager comes out to tell him that on a foot long (remember 12 inches) you only put 1 1/2 tray of meat, and only a full tray on any 6inch. The meet was already on the sub, yet the subway rep had to remove half the tray of meat per the manager’s instructions. Here is my issue, if I buy two 6 inch subs of the same kind , I would get two trays of meat. However if I buy a 12 inch foot long I only get 1 1/2 tray of meat. Personally, I feel like this is wrong because two 6 inch subs = one footlong. Not to mentioned that the manager was not next to the rep to show him the way, instead she was in the back and would only come out to correct...

Been ordering here since they opened with only a few issues. Not any more! Almost ever order something is wrong. I have gotten sick several times. I told them that they had no concern.They do not have good help or customer service orientated people working there. When covid 1st hit they were good in customer service the manager was always there. There is never a manager when I call. They are constantly messing up my order. I order online so there should be NO PROBLEM. After 7 months not doing business with them I decided to give them a try again. HERE WE GO AGAIN. NO MANAGER BUT I DO HAVE HER NUMBER. While the food is great, one of the workers there is just dreadful. Her manners are not fit for customer service, I recall her name starting with an A and she had dirty blonde hair. She is incredibly unprofessional. Not only was she impolite with me, she treated her coworker rudely in front of me, speaking in a snappy tone. My friends come in to this subway often and have had similar experiences with this girl. I do not believe it is right to scold workers like that in front of customers, or speak to us the way she does, it is a quick way for us to lose our appetites....
