Panda Express — Restaurant in Bartow

Purchased the two entree and one side (super greens). First of all, the server at the drive-thru didn't appear to be in a good mood. I pulled around to the front as instructed to wait for my super greens to be cooked. After she practically threw my food to me without even looking at me, the foul smell was almost unbearable! I just figured, it's broccoli, kale and cabbage. It was possible to be expected. But the stinch was stank!!!! I opened my food when I got home only to find RAW vegetables. 2 shrimp in my firecracker shrimp and steak. After being charged an additional $1.50 upcharge. Yet I was overloaded with green beans with the chicken. I called back to the restaurant only to have a "person in charge" as she described herself, tell me that they boil the veggies for 10 seconds and toss them in garlic and oil and seasoning. Well, these veggies were boiled in non-boiling water and tossed in the same filthy water!!! She then proceeded to tell me that I had 30 days to bring my receipt up there. And never apologized! When customers STOP accepting less than customer service, these unhappy servers will be unemployed. I'm extremely disappointed with my service, or lack thereof and even moreso, the food! I do NOT recommend this restaurant unless some of the staff members (specifically Yvonne) as per my receipt and the "person in-charge" is re-trained in customer service! Placed an order on-line for pick up. This step was easy once you got thru all the offers. Chose my pick up time. Received a text 5 minutes before the scheduled pick up,that order was ready. For a total of $10.70 got the Plate. Picking this up at the drive up windows took no time at all! I chose the 1/2 fried rice which I thought was very good, 1/2 super greens which is broccoli, cabbage& kale. This was not so good. The cabbage was fine kale is kale. The broccoli had not been cooked enough. It was too tough to chew most pieces. The stems were like small sticks! My main choices were grilled teriyaki chicken, this was tender & tasty also appeared to be cooked throughly. String bean and chicken breast, the chicken was very tolerable but again with the veggies. The greenbeans were so tough you could actually break a tooth. You do get adequate amounts of food for the price. No problem with the pick up! I would recommend this place, just watch...

It truly astonishes me that minimum wage is steadily raising in Florida but the minimum wage workers cannot even complete an order correctly or even attempt to reconcile after they’ve made the mistake. I ordered a plate with chicken and walnut shrimp. I get my food, drive home and realize they gave me sesame chicken instead of the shrimp. No big deal. I took my order back to the restaurant to see if they could exchange my untouched and uneaten food for what I had originally ordered. When I arrived I was told I would be helped, then was left alone for about 5 minutes to the workers explaining that they cannot find my order and I will need a receipt to verify. It took me maybe 5 minutes to drive home and back to the restaurant. They continued to argue with me and would not comply.
