Mr. Rob at the batesburg store, went above and beyond in customer service today. I pulled into the parking lot after I had a tire blowout, I had no idea what I was doing. He took the time to show and explain the products I would need such as a jack that would be safe and reliable! He even got me sign up for the rewards program so I could get points on my future purchases! Very Thorough. Then to top it off, he came outside to help and teach out to change my tire for future reference! This man needs a raise! People like him is what makes the world a better place! I definitely will be coming back for all my automotive...
