This was my first visit to the store. I was trying to locate some ingredients for a dish I'm trying to replicate that I couldn't find at a regular grocery store.
Walking in the store I was overwhelmed by the huge selection but the gentleman who worked there made sure I found everything I needed. One thing that stood out to me was that instead of just pointing in a general direction and leaving me to find things on my own, he walked me to each item and talked about the flavors and the different uses for the product.
Once I had everything I came for I browsed for a bit and without hovering over me he made himself available to answer any questions I had.
I really don't think you can name an ingredient or product that they don't have. From sweets to seasonings, meats and seafood they had things I didn't know existed but were right up my alley.
I left with a huge bag with both the things I came for and the others I picked up that had to weigh ten pounds and only spent $25. I'll be snacking and eating the treasures I got today for at least a week.

The owner is extremely kind, sociable, and generous, and more than willing to go out of his way to help you. There's a nice assortment of frozen/refrigerated items without the nasty freezer burn thats so common at many asian markets.
I would say the weakest point is the dry snacks, the Oriental Market on Lee Drive is the best for that. However their ice cream and drink selection is top notch.
Caveat, there's a 10 dollar minimum for credit/debit.
PS they have locally grown dried Lions Mane Mushroom here. The only place I could find it (not online) that didnt sell overpriced...
Read moreI go to this place every week, man. This place has the lowdown on the best snacks in town, I tell you what babycakes. Walmart is super boring compared to this snack heaven! They also got all your supplies for making sushi, pho, and other dishes. Come here for to get quality ingredients, and you will notice the difference. You just can't do it anyway else otherwise it wont be authentic. They also have amazing Mochi which is to die for. I go here all the time and I always can get something new. Also the helpful male employee is very devoted and super friendly, I don't know his name but like, we're really good friends and we have little chitchats....
