
I have frequented this place a few times. The service is inconsistent as well as the customer service. The demeanor of most of the staff is unwelcoming, the males especially, with the exception of the younger one that wears a high ponytail. The last time I went I paid $127 for my service which included a dip manicure and nail art. Less than a week later the top coat started to peel and my nails started turning a yellowish color near the tips. I went back and was greeted by a seemingly aggravated “manager”, not sure if that’s his role but he appears to be in charge. I don’t know if his disposition was meant for me or his staff. This has been my experience the last few times. Henna who did my nails tried to convince me the change in color had nothing to do with the top peeling away and that I just needed my nails cleaned. And also tried to suggest that that the top coat was still in tact even though the nail was rough in the areas I noticed no longer a clear coat. I always get a light color on my nails and this has never happen when Stacy has done my nails. Mind you I always tip well so I’m not sure why customer service is hit or miss. Initially Henna was pleasant until she had to fix her work. Before Henna did my nails I tried to book an appointment before waking in over the phone and was told they were not honoring appointments, only walk ins. Obviously, customers are not appreciated here. The ambiance of the salon does not match the quality of service. Too often the quality of service is comprised. Nobody sane wants to sit in the nail shop before their next service interval to have something fixed after sitting for two and a half hours or more after their initial appointment. Oh and before leaving I asked the staff if they still honor appointments and they said, yes. 🤷🏽♀️ I likely won’t ever patronize this...
Read moreI am always nervous trying new nail places, but was in the area so decided to visit this salon. I was greeted right away and was asked to pick a color while more nail techs arrived for their shift. Five minutes later I was able to sit for my pedicure. The man took his time and didn't rush through my service. I also like how each pedicure service was taken to a different section of the salon so we all had some privacy. My nail service started right after. I got a dip powder service with the addition of a manicure. She also did a good job and took her time. This is the only downside: both my nails and toes are cut up. They weren't careful about filing/cutting and kept accidentally nicking me. Not a huge deal, but very uncomfortable. Also, I was shown the pricing menu at the start of my visit and the prices ended up being different when I checked out. I'm sure they raised their prices recently but that should be reflected in the printed menus so customers know what to expect. My biggest gripe with nail salons is that they aren't clear about prices and what the services cover so I was a tad disappointed that it happened at this place too. Read moreIf i could leave no stars i would. HORRIBLE X10!!!!!! i normally don’t leave reviews BUT i just had to w this. HENNA rushed on my nails. Mind you salon wasn’t even packed. Maybe 4 people in there and all were being seen. Uneven shape, cuticles are a mess, look like she let the base coat from the dip run too close to my skin. They aren’t even neat. No neat file around my cuticles to clean up the mess. My nails on super thick! Told her about a finger nail that i saw that needed to be worked on again and she told me “no, i still have to file”, no?? Excuse me. I am the paying customer don’t speak at all and just listen to my concern first before you tell me no. Rude! I would think a nail salon in town center ok They know what they’re doing….. FOOLED ME! First time there and i will not be back. Never ever. I normally go to Clou nails, but since i was on that side of town why not. Worst mistake ever. I do not wish to resolve this matter any further because i will not be going back. Could have complained then but why? Just to get my nails messed up again? And stay there an additional 40+mins?
