Can I give 10☆s for customer service?

I must say that u r an AMAZING surprise that we 'fell'on. after dinner we- my sister & I- wanted to do something for the staff taking care of Pops @ OLOL in BR. Google led us to "Caroline's Cookies." Being from just outside New Orleans, we knew nothing about food stuff here. after asking the waitress @ Brew Bachers about ur shop, & her comment of 'I've heard nothing but good stuff about that place,' & the review of 'waited for an hour &it was worth it,' we had to go. Upon arrival, grabbing the door, it was locked. checked the time, they should b open, someone came to the door. Matilda allowed us to come in & ask questions. after relaying our story, she said she was sorry, but they were sold out. the young lady behind the counter said, let me see what I can come up with with. she returned with 2 cookies & a cookie cake. after a bit more chatting, us thanking them profusely & promising to return, we left. Sis dropped me off at the hospital & headed home. I went up to stay with Pops. I shared our treasure with the staff that had been so good to Pops & us then went to his room. after settling him in & things slowed down (around 10p), I had time to taste-- no that's not right... I had time to EXPERIENCE one of the MOST AMAZING DELICACIES my mouth has ever had the luxury of devouring! GOOD LAWD! The quality. The taste. The texture. The melody of flavors... My mouth is in heaven & my brain went along for the ride! I'm ruined! U r a 2 hour ride away-- I'm considering relocating! PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE consider New Orleans for ur...

Got here a little after 11am and there was a line going around the corner, I gladly waited in the line hoping my cookies of choice were still available when I finally got to the counter, and hooray, they were! You fill out an ordering sheet with what cookies you want and how many, they also include beverages and an ice cream bar as well. I got the chocolate chip, Samoa, blackout, and biscoff cookies. The chocolate chip was just okay, it had a strange taste to it, like maybe too much baking powder? In the end it was still a cookie and I did devour it. But the Samoa and biscoff cookie? AMAZING! Worth the wait. The blackout cookie is for my husband, so I haven't had the pleasure of tasting it yet, but it looks amazing.

The ladies behind the counter are so lovely, and they filled my order so fast. Overall I do recommend this place, but maybe not worth the wait for some. I will be back though, but maybe when the crowds...

The entire team is made up of young women who are not only incredibly polite and professional but also bring a cheerful, welcoming vibe that instantly lifts your mood.

The service was fast, attentive, and full of care. You can tell they truly enjoy what they do. They were happy to answer questions, offer suggestions, and made sure every customer feeling seen and appreciated.
