Wow. Sadly as we were on the highway and looking for a place that was still open on a Sunday we landed on this “gem” without seeing the poor reviews and 2.8 rating. This was supposed to be a relaxing birthday treat for us. The first impression was bad as no one greeted us, so we took a number and sat. A lady came around and asked everyone seated who was getting what. We were told to go to the back for our pedicures, but we stood back there awkwardly as there weren’t two chairs open next to each other. Another lady told us to sit at the only two ancient dryers they had to wait. Shortly after we were asked to move yet again. The guy that did my “deluxe” pedicure was awful. He didn’t speak to me at all except to ask what I wanted and what nail length. He clipped my nails and barely filed them. Even from a distance I could see that they were bad, but I figured he planned on fixing them… nope. He snipped at maybe 3 cuticles. I had to ask him to fix 5 nails because they were long, crooked or had sharp/raised/uneven corners. He got really irritated and got a bad attitude about it, aggressively pulling his tools back out of his dirty pencil box and ROLLING HIS EYES. Callus removal was a part of my service and he used a callus sponge file on my feet for all of maybe 5 strokes- after I realized that it wasn’t clean, just like everything else. Keep in mind, I haven’t had a pedi in about 9 months- my feet badly needed exfoliating and my cuticles had partially grown half way over my smaller toenails. I also had to ask for him to actually remove some cuticles. My nails were still crooked. At this point I gave up and realized I was wasting money on someone who was rude and absolutely careless about his job, not to mention barely spent any time on the extras I was paying for- like the callus removal, scrub (smelled cheap like it came from the Dollar Tree), massage. He dropped my sock on the way to the manicure table, I had to retrieve that myself. I had salt scrub all over my jeans, which I had pulled up far past my knees. At this point I realized how disgusting this place is. All the tools used weren’t sanitized at all between customers. There were fake and real nail clippings all over the floor. The whole place was worn down and dingy. No one looked happy or smiled. I felt very unwelcome and rushed. No one washed their hands- EVER. The manicure was much the same. Nail polish should never actually touch the nail skin, please see attached photos to see the amateur painting skills. Overall our nails/services/atmosphere were extremely disappointing. I could have done a half-hearted job at home and achieved the same poor results without the $126 price tag, not including the tip I felt obligated to leave when I paid before getting the manicure. Everything was rushed, rude, unsanitary and sloppy. I’ll let the photos speak for themselves.

My sister and I went tonight, they were all very rude and rushing us out. We didn't get what we wanted at all, even though I was clear when we got there what we wanted. They were rough with the files, even cut our cuticles a few times. You can see my real nails in a few spots, they look nothing at all like the picture I showed them. The first picture is what we wanted, they both had no idea what they were doing or how to do that look for us, didn't do the white tips, even though I specifically said that we wanted white tips. After being treated so rudely and rushed through, I didn't feel like disputing being WAY over charged, from the looks of it usually everyone is charged around $40-$45, we were charged much more, but I didn't want to argue about it and just wanted the whole experience to be over. Needless to say we are very unhappy with what we paid so much for. Beware, they use the same old, used files on everyone, they don't clean the clippers at all. The tables were disgustingly filthy!! We've been to a few different nail salons in town and this one is the worst I've ever seen. Huge waste of money, I'm embarrassed for anyone to even see my nails now.

I went here the day before the holiday. When I arrived they were not busy, but while I was getting my nails done a party of 4 and another 2 single ladies came in for various nail services. When I told the lady what I wanted, she told me my design choice was boring and ugly. What?! Are you serious? I am paying you for a service, not your opinion! I chose what I did do to my job. That's not even the worst of it. This rude lady decided to rush my service to get to the other customers. She barely let the shellac polish cure and after a week it still bubble and moved and leaked wet polish from under the top layer. My nails do look like crap. Not from my choice, but because of her poor quality of work. It's a middle aged lady with short hair that did my nails BTW. I couldn't go back to complain and have her fix them because I had to leave town for work and she knew this since I told her! Very disappointed. Don't waste your time or money, go somewhere else where they will do the job right the first time and not rush.

This place was recommended to me, I went there and the wait was not long but their service and professionalism was horrible. They was rude and they rushed thru my manicure. The man spot 1 did not listen to how I wanted my nails he did what he wanted to do. I walked out paying $40 with sloppy service. Not to mention, the one who did my nails grabbed my card didnt ask if I was ready to pay or not and cashed me out anyway. Never 👎🏽 again! On top of that I washed my hands and left my apply watch on the sink. I called 10 mins later to make sure I had left it at the nail salon. I believe the manger (woman) answered. Told her I left my apple watch on the sink and can she please put it up for me if its still there. She confirmed it was and said “ok honey ill save it for you” I told her id be there in about an hr or so... and thanked her. She replied “you are welcome”. I went back for my watch and she said she didnt know what I was talking about. I told her you answered the phone confirmed it was there and you would put it up. She started speaking in her language asking where the watch was. I continued to stand there waiting on my watch. The lady in the back doing pedicures come out with my watch handed it to the man.... both mumbled something and he brought it to me. When I got it back my apps was running which I had not done while I was there and my settings was changed. They tried to keep my watch and hoped I wouldn’t come and get it. If I could give this place zero stars ⭐️ I would....
