Fatboy Vapors — Local services in Battle Ground

Usually my go to place and I have been able to purchase what I always need. The last time I went in though they couldn't find my account with my phone number that hasn't changed and was never an issue before. When they finally found me with my name they saw exactly what I had purchased before and grabbed it from the shelf. I didn't question what they gave me because the box looked the same from the same vendor, but it was an entirely different item than what I needed and had even purchased the last time. I didn't realize they gave me the wrong thing until after I got home, and I live quite a distance from this shop. I will be returning the item to get the correct one, and will probably play hell getting to let me exchange it for the correct one. Gas and time to take it back are not a great way to keep customers happy and returning. Attention to detail that they were selling me the correct product off the shelf that exactly matches my last purchase needs to be improved, or I will be patronizing the vape shop in Vancouver off hwy 99 I use to use. That vape shop NEVER sold me the wrong items based off my shopping history with them, and that vape shop has a rewards program that Fat Boys doesn't or I've never been told...

Well I had written a good review in the past for them but I sadly have to change my opinion. I have been shopping there since they first opened, I have been a very loyal customer who has spend alot of money here. 8 vape pens and countless bottles of juice . Lately thou seems everytime I come in they have less and less options for juice, the staff isn't nearly as friendly as they could be, I have asked quite a few times if I could request certain juice to be ordered. I'm told no problem it will be here in a few weeks and nothing has ever been ordered. There selection of vape pens is very small and everytime there answer is it's being ordered. Again I'm a very loyal good customer who feels this store has gone way down hill. From the attitude from the staff, to the hassle of not getting things ordered. I have recently started going to another shop who has so far met all my needs and I dont feel they take my bussiness for granted. I would love to stay local and give my bussiness to fatboys especially since battle ground is a very small town and word of mouth is very important. Maybe in the future I will try and come again but for now it's clear my bussiness to them isnt important enough to keep me...

Cool vape shop with a huge vapor selection. I came in looking to get back into vaping so I could quit cigarettes. I came deadset on what I wanted but they didn't have it and the staff took time to explain similar mod and atomizer options. They were professional and I have to say completely accurate in their recommendations in what would suit me best all the way down to my very picky selection in e-juices. I love my new mod and atomizer it's keeping me off cigarettes since I purchased them. Professional and well informed staff I highly recommend this shop. Side note store is white...
