Dollar Tree — Local services in Battle Ground

I ordered a case of product 10 days ago. I was emailed 4 days ago that it had arrived and I could go get it. The staff at the store said they they couldn't find it. They would keep looking. Then I was told that they had 3 cases of the same product and if they couldn't find my order I could have 1 of their cases. That was 3 days ago. Then they told me today that my order went to another store, and that NEVER HAPPENS (like I believe that), and the other store sent it back to the warehouse. Nobody bothered to inquire if it was a Dollar Tree nearby that I could go to! They won't get another shipment and possibly my product for 5 days. Nobody at the Dollar Tree in my town seems to care enough to put any effort into fixing the problem. I just get excuses about why they can't help. "They'll call me when they find it" That'll probably be long after I need what I purchased! I'm running out of time. So my advice to you is don't bother to order online from the Dollar Tree. Today took my daughter as usual to the dollar tree our neighborhood store that we usually go to all the time. They had a shopping cart on the way from being able to grab an item so my daughter tried to move it and Kelsey thought it was okay to be rude to my 9 year old and tell her with an attitude and a face not to move it. Than she sees me in the back and her whole attitude changes when she sees their is an adult there with her. If stuff would be visible and things would not be in the way my daughter would of been able to access stuff that is suppose to be sold. I don’t think the store should be having employees that are going to be doing to little kids because I’ve been many kids there. Wendy at the battleground dollar tree is truly incredible! She paid for the two items I was getting prior to my card unexpectedly declining... after stepping outside to try to figure out what happened with my card about a minute later wendy stepped outside holding the two items she just bought for me after noticing the struggle. I have never seen this happen to anyone let alone myself I was so impressed and grateful. The incident happened at 7pm new years day at the Battleground dollar tree branch.
