I have purchased over 23 pieces of furniture from Terie in the past 8 months. The service was great, friendly and helpful. Some pieces have a little damage and Terie is replacing them, but so far, after several months, I haven't received my replacements. Most items took much longer to receive than promised and when I ask, I get the runaround about shipping taking too l9ng at the dock, but when I order from other places, it only takes a few days or a week. I was having such a good relationship with Terie, I didn't want to complain, but some pieces came damaged but I just kept them. My last 2 items I ordered were on COD, but I waited 3 months and by the time she called me to deliver, I canceled. I wasn't treated very well and was told that's not how she does business. Thousands of $$$$ later, I feel very disrespected and will no longer do...

I have to say that I am beyond impressed with the level of customer care provided by our local furniture store. I recently fell in love with a brought a beautiful new bedroom set and after a few weeks had some issues with a chemical smell that was not going away. I called and asked them what I should do amd without skipping a beat they said they were replacing the whole set. Not only did they reach out to the manufacturer to let them know, they get the new set, put it all together at the store, let it air out ans made sure that it didn't have the same issue. To top it all, they came and took down the old set, removed it and out the whole new set up for us. Thank Goodness because we surely didn't want to do it all over. Hands down, best experience. I adore my new room and am sleeping...

I unexpectedly became in need of a bed frame. Happened to drive by this storefront and popped in. I was immediately greeted by a voice not seen. (Not an issue) I walked around and a piece spoke to me as to my vibe of exactly what I was looking for. There were all sorts of nice furniture that caught my eye. However the purchase was made, quick and easy! But ya'll the great part was the young man that delivered and set the frame up for me. He was very professional and well spoken. He also went above and beyond what was required of him. To which I truly at the time needed and greatly appreciated. I will surely revisit for future purchases. Thank you...
