Absolutely appalled by the employee conduct today! I ran multiple retail locations for a very large chain of stores for darn near 20yrs before I retired and if any of my employees acted in such a maner they most certainly wouldn't be employed much longer. I was walking not run not fast pace just a normal walking pace into the store. Now they do have a big yellow sign that says CAUTION slippery!!! That's where there intelligence ended !! When my stores that had slipper floors from the rain my employees were to dry mop the area regular so no standing water would be there to make things worse . Clearly this is not the practice of this location! I hadn't made it 5 feet into the store and my feet came out from under me an I slammed now on my right bad knee . Did anyone say something? NOPE ! The nitwit behind the counter stood there an stared at me with a blank look on his face! He didn't say are you ok? He didn't come over to see if I was hurt , he literally stood there an watched me getting up. Then once I was to the counter he again didn't ask if I was ok he didn't ask if I needed help . He Didn't go look to see why I fell absolutely nothing!! I am filling a formal complaint against them for there clearly lack of knowledge on Osha policy amd standards. On my way out saw a woman coming in who was nice and I asked h r when a manager would be in. She said she was the assistant manager. I told her how the young had done nothing and I had fallen . She said she'd clean the water up right away . The lack of pure coniteration compassion and kindness was the most angering of the entire thing ! Shame on you what ever your name is Shane of you . The debit card machine wasn't working properly and I just waited for it to prompt me to proceed and the cashier was getting mad and I asked her, "are you in a bad mood?" She didn't like that, but then again I am not conducting a poll. Why get mad at someone when the situation isn't about the customer it's about the machine not working correctly.
