Menchie's Frozen Yogurt — Local services in Battle Ground

I have never left a review before but as i work in the food industry myself i understand the importance of serving your customers until your accually closed. Me and my friend came in the other night and it was 8:30 and we were confused because most all the lights were off and no one was up front. As the open sign was still lit we went in and asked if they were still open and the person working the girls name was jessie, She said in a rude tone that, Yes they were open but closed really soon. But we just decide to still get some because we thought it was a little ridiculous .they had put away most all of the toppings and the star caps were not on as well as the syrups were mostly all put away. After we left they turned off the open sign at around 8:50 and turned off the rest of the lights. While I prefer other frozen dessert places, I'll go to different Menchie's locations if I am craving some frozen yogurt. They have a decent selection of flavors and toppings.

This shop in particular does terrible job in enforcing COVID guidelines. I went here yesterday and a group of four extremely obnoxious and loud children cut me in line because I had forgotten to put the disposable gloves on, so the worker told me to go back and put it on. Me being told to put on those gloves would be fine; however, they did not scold the group of three children behind me in line who were basically breathing down my neck, or even the kids who cut me in line. I visited this location with my family and interacted with two employees. As someone who is gluten-free, I inquired about the gluten content of a specific ingredient. One of the employees began to retrieve a reference book to check, but the other instructed her to put it away. This left me confused, as in previous visits to other locations, staff have always checked ingredients for me using the nutrition facts book. Maybe it was not the correct book but she kept insisting that there was no way to find out if this ingredient was gluten...
