I have been coming to this Panda since they opened and in that entire time the staff has been nothing but courteous and friendly. That changed Thursday night. I drive through and I was asked to pull around to wait for my spring rolls to finish cooking. I waited and waited and realized I had heard about 4 songs on the radio. I checked my nav system that showed what time I arrived at the location and I had been waiting for 15 minutes. I got out of my car and went in to ask for my spring rolls and the kids that looked like he was in charge asked me if I was there for spring g rolls. I replied that I was and that I had been out there for 15 minutes. He gave me a look like a parent gives a child who had just told a lie and he shook his head and said, "we just parked you maam". How rude to say that to a customer even if I would have just been parked. Clearly he confused me with another customer. I contemplated showing him the proof that I had been waiting for 15 minutes, but decided it's not worth arguing with someone like him. As a side note, the spring rolls were cold and had clearly been done for a very long...
Read moreMy food was fine. My husband ordered a bowl with noodles and chicken green beans. It's hot out today and the entire place was about 60 degrees and both of our dinners got cold. I understand the cooks and wait people behind the counter are working like crazy and it has to be hot where they are---so why do we customers have to freeze and eat cold food--can't you aim the air conditioning to the workers!!! My husband's chicken green beans only had 2 small pieces of chicken. If we had known that before we started eating we would have taken it back and asked for more chicken. We are seniors on a fixed income and don't eat out that much as we can't afford it and to have 2 pieces of chicken is just not right. It was the bottom of the pan so she had to of seen what she...
Read moreThis review is for this specific location. The staff is friendly and polite. Th food, sometimes inedible. My husband is obsessed with Panda Express. This means we have ate at several different locations rather frequently. One of my go-to items is cheese ragoons. Having ate them at several locations I've noticed the quality differs the battleground location always has poor quality. Every single time (which has been a ridiculous amount of times) the ragoons have been over cooked or burnt. Half the time they are lukewarm and the cheese is no longer soft and melted. My husband enjoys the orange chicken but says this location or often seems like the food is not fresh, like no matter what time you come you always seem to get bottom of the...
