Like most people have stated in their reviews, this is with out question the worst fast food (or otherwise) experience that I have ever had. We have given this location a good 4 or 5 tries since they opened. Literally 100% of the time our order gets messed up. They are very disorganized. When they first opened they had both ordering boards open. When that was available they would ask for your receipt when you got to the 2nd window. I have never experienced that at a fast food place. It's not a big deal and we gave them the benefit of the doubt and assumed it was to make sure they got our order correct. That being said, it was still wrong each time. They have since closed down the 2nd board. With the exception of one time when a friendly worker was on the drive thru, the staff are disinterested at best or completely rude. Also, everytime, without exaggeration, the wait in the drive through has been the longest I've ever experienced. There was even one time I sat at the ordering board for about 30 minutes before someone even acknowledged I was there. I couldn't leave because there were cars behind me. Then when we get our food it is almost always cold and, as stated before, wrong. This location is hands down the worst experience(s) I have ever had. We have given up and will never be going back. In fact, it's become a bit of an inside joke. Sometimes when we drive by we'll look at each other and say, "We should go get some BK." Which of course is met with laughter. I'm not saying that to be petty, it just shows how terrible this place is. I mean look at the other reviews on here. There are more 1 star reviews than any other rating. This has made us sad because the BK classic chicken is one of the best. I guess we'll be driving down to Vancouver if we want BK. I recommend to everyone to skip this place...
Read moreSo I took a couple of my grandsons out for a burger lunch today. We had a few options of places to chose from. We decided on those flame broiled burgers from Burger King. Upon entering the store, first impression (besides the glorious grilled burger aroma) was the cleanliness of the dining hall. After a few minutes, an employee brought our meals to out table. Needless to say, it all disappeared within about 5 minutes. We were that hungry. Now here's where I made the decision to leave this review: Something seemed really different from my previous visits to Burger Kings abroad. These burgers today were picture and tastefully BETTER than I've had before (even the amazing fries). Upon leaving, I looked for a manager to inquire if Burger King had changed their signature Whoppers lately. He replied no. Confused, I then complimented the 3 gentlemen on a "job well done, and WOW on those burgers of what seemed like fine art masterpieces." Seriously, the freshness of the buns, veggies and BACON just slayed our palates. Two of the gents quickly gave the 3rd guy all the credit. I forget who that was, but here's the responsible crew who made 3 hungry fellas very pleased for a great lunch experience! Allan, Derrick and Garret! We...
Read moreBefore I write my review, I looked at Jack n the box reviews, and the owner responded to every review, with an apology, and wanting to make it right, I notice here, no response from anybody to any of the people leaving a review. Apparently, the fantastic customer service this store has comes from the top. Great Job " Owner". Sooo.. I guess the next step is contacting corporate? The few times I've been there(drive thru) in the evening, the people (guys)were friendly, and the food was "Burger King", however, the morning people are lazy, don't open on time, or they open, but aren't ready, and make you wait ½hour. 1 of the ladies (the older shorter 1) I guess didn't want to get me chocolate dipping sauce for the cinnamon things, and straight up lied, and said " They stopped making the dipping sauce", and sent me on my way, and had the nerve to be rude about it. Honestly, the morning people need to be retrained, I hate to say, let go. I don't want to see people lose their job, but if you can't do it, you...
