I have been following their business for quite a bit and me and my sister were super excited to go try their drinks. When we arrived, we ordered our drinks and while we were ordering our drinks, their mood was very low. They were not nice and it just wasn’t up to my expectation they hype this business up to make it seem as if it’s a very cool and chic spot. I did not think so. Also, my stepsister had ordered a drink. She did not like it so we had returned it. We paid nine dollars for the drink and when we wanted to get a 32 ounce they gave us a small so we technically did not get our money back. we got half of our money back When she should’ve actually gotten a 32 ounce because she paid nine dollars for a small one you could pay nine dollars for The 32 ounce. overall, the experience was not fun. It wasn’t up to my expectation and it’s not what they hyped...

I normally hate writing bad reviews, but I wanted to share my experience. I was really excited to try Over Ice at the Harvest Day Festival—it was actually one of the main reasons I went. I couldn’t find the stand there, so I made the trip to the store location instead.

The drink I got honestly just tasted like Sprite and didn’t have much flavor at all. I asked if they could just add a little more syrup, but the staff made me feel super uncomfortable—one of them glared at me and crossed their arms, which felt really unwelcoming.
