We went there last night and had a very subpar experience. As soon as our server came to us we were informed it was taking more then 30 mins for food to come out of the kitchen. Due to this information we felt pressured to immediately order without much overview of the menu. Shortly after ordering, the server returned to ask us for our order, I reminded that we already placed it. Our food came out in about 10 minutes, which was great, however I felt misguided. I then had to ask for silverware and napkins after our food was delivered. My son ordered the kids uncrustable, which came out deep-fried....no where is that indicated on the menu. He refused to eat it, and we asked for a non-deep fried one. We were told it couldn't happen because they are frozen (My kid eats frozen uncrustables all the time and was requesting such). Due to this information, we ordered a pepperoni pizza. In the process of ordering, a microwaved uncrustable was brought to our table and the pizza was canceled. For anyone who reads the uncrustable packages, it simply says DO NOT MICROWAVE. We were warned it was hot, which it was extremely hot. It took a long time to cool enough just to touch, and by the time it was cool enough, the bread and peanut butter was so hard it was unpalatable. We again ordered the pepperoni pizza for a complete meal. When the check arrived, I was surpised to be charged for both kids meals. It took so long for a drink refill that my son started getting flustered that it wasn't coming back timely. The same occurred when it was time to pay the check. I will not be recommending this place, nor will we be returning anytime soon, however, here are my suggestions to the company for someone else to have a better experience and potentiallyregain my patronage: *Please ensure the table is fully set prior to food arrival. Please add to the menu that the uncrustable is deep-fried Never microwave the uncrustable. You can wrap it in a hot moist towel if you really want to expedite thawing, or simply take it out as soon as the order is placed, they thaw fairly fast. *Service recovery, is to not charge for the item when the customer is unhappy with the product delivered, or at least offer a discount. *Please do not take my drink to refill it, simply bring me a new cup or bring a water pitcher to the table to refill. Suggest the same for a kids drink that is it a disposable cup. *Please expedite processing the check so a person can actually leave when they are ready, as opposed to watching the server run back and forth and waiting another 10-15 minutes. I understand this is a new location and there may be some learning curves, however many of these are service industry basics. I hope others have a better experience then...
Read moreMy wife and I both love this place!
Atmosphere: Sports bar with couple pool tables. It does get a little loud and rowdy later in the evening, but that just depends on your preference. We come for the food. Parking is tight.
Price: Prices are fair! We love their happy hour menu and their pizza!
Food: We haven't had any food or drink that was bad yet! I think the only thing we'd comment on would be the last time we were there, our pizza toppings were a bit skimpy, but the other times were loaded and super amazing!
Service: We've had decent service here. Definitely get better service during the day, then at night. You can tell when the regulars and friends of the service staff are there, because there's a bit more of a social hour, but overall, I can't complain too much, because they're polite and we generally enjoy it.
Overall: As mentioned above, we really enjoy this place. It's become a regular outing and craving for us to come here. If you're looking for an easy going, comfortable spot to hang and get some good food,...
Read moreBesides masks not being warn while not at tables while eating. It was chaotic with too many people walking (without masks) around that were obviously being over served. Stood waiting while my food got cold and server had to explain to drunk people where not to stand for the bathroom so they weren't in the staff's way..and my food got cold I had the carnivore pizza was charged 14$ menu price on line states 10$ perhaps updates are needed as well as what is being offered. Pizza was greasy and tasted of old olive oil, if it had cheese I was not finding. It's dosen't cost much to buy fresh dough to roll out and make pizza with. winco sells it I've used it at other bars I've worked at, it can be portioned and frozen. Instead of using pre made bought shells that have no flavor you'll have a much better product. Or perhaps it's your staff's comptence is the problem. This was abysmal. But perhaps you just counting on you customers being so drunk they can't tell or don't care what your food...
